RECIPE:
Doughnuts:
- 1 1/2 C Whole Milk/Plant Milk (If you want a "healthier" doughnut)
- 1/3 C Butter
- 4 1/2 t Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 t Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 5 C Flour
- 2 T Honey
- 1/2 t Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
- Powdered Sugar
- Whole Milk
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
I guestimate on my glaze recipe, if I were to guess I'd say I use 1 C of Powdered Sugar and about 2-3 T Milk! Basically I keep adding milk to a lump sum of powdered sugar until it becomes a liquidy/stiff mixture.

A doughnut or donut is a type of fried dough dessert food. The doughnut is popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet snack flavoured with chocolate, dessicated coconut etc.

Ingredients:
Sugar 50 g
Active dry East 7 g
Water 50 ml
Milk 70 ml
Salt 5 g
Egg 1 n
All purpose flour 250 g
Butter 15 g
Castor sugar & cinnamon powder (to coat) 50 g
Directions:
Take a bowl add sugar, dry east, water, milk, salt, egg, mix it till the sugar melts, then add all purpose flour, mix it well make in to a dough and kneading for 5 to 7 minutes and add butter again kneading for 3 minutes and rest it for 30 minutes in a warm place, after 30 minutes give knock back and again rest for 30minutes.
Take the dough and with help of rolling pin roll it into ½ inch sheet and cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter, transfer in to the tray, then rest for 10 to 15 minutes to rise. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the doughnuts in a slow flame till brown in colour, take in a serving plate and sprinkle some casting sugar along with cinnamon on it.

Cake Doughnuts are fun to make and it is amazing how good they taste straight from the deep fryer. This is when their golden brown crust is nice and crisp, yet inside the doughnut is wonderfully soft, almost cake-like in texture (hence the name).

Here is what you'll need!
Ingredients:
Dozen of regular glazed doughnuts
1 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Slice doughnut in half.
Head pan at medium high and place doughnut glaze side down.
Place pot and heavy object (can of tomato)
Let sit for 1 min.
Take off the weighted pot and flip the doughnut.
Place weighted pot back on the doughnut for 30 sec.
Turn off heat and remove doughnut onto a dry rack.
Toppings (optional)
Microwave 1 cup of chocolate chips. Stir every 30sec until chocolate is smooth.
Drizzle on the doughnut chip and add any other toppings.

Here is what you'll need! Ingredients: Dozen of regular glazed doughnuts 1 cup of chocolate chips (optional) sprinkles (optional) Instructions: Slice doughnut in half. Head pan at medium high and place doughnut glaze side down. Place pot and heavy object (can of tomato) Let sit for 1 min. Take off the weighted pot and flip the doughnut. Place weighted pot back on the doughnut for 30 sec. Turn off heat and remove doughnut onto a dry rack. Toppings (optional) Microwave 1 cup of chocolate chips. - 1/3 C Butter
- 4 1/2 t Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 t Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 5 C Flour
- 2 T Honey
- 1/2 t Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
- Powdered Sugar
- Whole Milk
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
I guestimate on my glaze recipe, if I were to guess I'd say I use 1 C of Powdered Sugar and about 2-3 T Milk! Basically I keep adding milk to a lump sum of powdered sugar until it becomes a liquidy/stiff mixture.

A doughnut or donut is a type of fried dough dessert food. The doughnut is popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet snack flavoured with chocolate, dessicated coconut etc.

Sugar 50 g
Active dry East 7 g
Water 50 ml
Milk 70 ml
Salt 5 g
Egg 1 n
All purpose flour 250 g
Butter 15 g
Castor sugar & cinnamon powder (to coat) 50 g
Directions:
Take a bowl add sugar, dry east, water, milk, salt, egg, mix it till the sugar melts, then add all purpose flour, mix it well make in to a dough and kneading for 5 to 7 minutes and add butter again kneading for 3 minutes and rest it for 30 minutes in a warm place, after 30 minutes give knock back and again rest for 30minutes.
Take the dough and with help of rolling pin roll it into ½ inch sheet and cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter, transfer in to the tray, then rest for 10 to 15 minutes to rise. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the doughnuts in a slow flame till brown in colour, take in a serving plate and sprinkle some casting sugar along with cinnamon on it.

Slice doughnut in half.
Head pan at medium high and place doughnut glaze side down.
Place pot and heavy object (can of tomato)
Let sit for 1 min.
Take off the weighted pot and flip the doughnut.
Place weighted pot back on the doughnut for 30 sec.
Turn off heat and remove doughnut onto a dry rack.
Toppings (optional)
Microwave 1 cup of chocolate chips. Stir every 30sec until chocolate is smooth.
Drizzle on the doughnut chip and add any other toppings.
