All in the Game is a 2006 British one-off television drama, made by Tightrope Pictures for Channel 4.
It is a behind-the-scenes drama based on the power-politics of British football, starring Ray Winstone. It was filmed at the Ricoh Arena, home of Coventry City football Club. One scene was filmed in front of the fans on a match day against Derby county which involved star Ray Winstone kissing the pitch. Coincidentally Coventry City went on to beat Derby 6-1 on the day that scene was filmed.
Michael Anthony Orlando Cassavitis (born April 3, 1944), better known as Tony Orlando, is an American show business professional, best known as the lead singer of the group Tony Orlando and Dawn in the early 1970s.
Discovered by producer Don Kirshner, Orlando had songs on the charts in 1961 when he was 16, "Halfway to Paradise" and "Bless You". Orlando then became a producer himself, and at an early age was promoted to a vice-president position at CBS Records, where he was in charge of the April-Blackwood Music division. He sang under the name "Dawn" in the 1970s, and when the songs became hits, he went on tour and the group became "Tony Orlando and Dawn". They had several songs which were major hits including "Candida", "Knock Three Times", and "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree". The group hosted a variety program, "The Tony Orlando and Dawn Show" on CBS from 1974–76, and then broke up in 1978.
Orlando then continued as a solo singer, performing in Las Vegas and Branson, Missouri. Orlando has hosted the New York City portions of the MDA Labor Day Telethon on WWOR-TV since the 1980s but quit in 2011 in response to Jerry Lewis' firing from the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Abęl Makkonen Tesfaye (born 16 February 1990), known professionally by his stage name The Weeknd (pronounced "the weekend"), is a Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer. In late 2010, Tesfaye anonymously uploaded several songs to YouTube under the name "The Weeknd". He released three nine-track mixtapes throughout 2011: House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence, which were critically acclaimed. The following year, he released a compilation album Trilogy, thirty tracks consisting of remastered versions of the mixtape material and three additional songs. It was released under Republic Records and his own label XO.
In 2013, he released his debut studio album Kiss Land, which was supported by the singles "Kiss Land" and "Live For". His second album, Beauty Behind the Madness, which became his first number one album on the Billboard 200, included the top-five single "Earned It" and produced the number-one singles "The Hills" and "Can't Feel My Face". The songs have simultaneously held the top three spots on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart, making him the first artist in history to achieve this.

Originally they started under the moniker TIME OF WASTE in 1971 together with a guitarist who disappeared the next year and took that name with him. The bizarre EJWUUSL WESSAHQQAN derives from a science fiction story written by US artist Clark Ashton Smith. The band's music appears here as mysterious as the band name. Situated in Munich they were related to Amon Düül 2 at that time. You can recognize this when exploring the songs which are experimental and stylistically differing a lot. The self-made 7 stringed instrument Filouphone marks another unique aspect of the band and adds oriental elements to the sound. The original vinyl is self-released by the band and contains the first four songs. It is said they couldn't find a proper label and so this was produced covering only 300 copies. V...
Halfway To Paradise
- Artist: Tony Orlando (from his solo pre-Dwan career)

I want to be your lover
But your friend is all I've stayed
I'm only halfway to paradise
So near, yet so far away
I long for your lips to kiss my lips
But just when I think they may
You lead me halfway to paradise
So near, yet so far away, mmm
Bein' close to you is almost heaven (heaven)
But seein' you can do just so much
It hurts me so to know your heart's a treasure (treasure)
And that my heart is forbidden to touch, so
Put your sweet lips close to my lips
And tell me that's where they're gonna stay
Don't lead me halfway to paradise
Mmm, so near, yet so far away
Oh, uh, oh so near, yet so far away
FADE
Yeah, yeah so near, yet so far away
