Robert Anthony Rist (born April 4, 1964) is an American actor and musician.

Acting and voiceover work

As a child, Rist played Cousin Oliver in the final six episodes of ''The Brady Bunch''. With the regular children all getting older, his inclusion was intended to reintroduce cute younger children to the series. With his Dutch Boy haircut and wire-rimmed glasses, his resemblance to pop singer John Denver and juvenile appeal, he seemed ideal; however the plan became moot as the studio had opted to not renew the series before his debut anyway. This gave rise to the term "Cousin Oliver Syndrome".

After ''The Brady Bunch'' he co-starred in a Saturday morning show called ''Big John, Little John'', was Glendon Farrell on the David Hartman vehicle ''Lucas Tanner'', and in 1976 and 1977 played Ted Baxter's son David on ''The Mary Tyler Moore Show''. In 1980, Rist played "Dr. Zee" on ''Galactica 1980''. He made four guest appearances on ''CHiPs'' and the short-lived CBS series ''Whiz Kids'', and also played Booger in a failed ''Revenge of the Nerds'' TV pilot. In 1986, Rist had a notable supporting role as Milo in the action film, ''Iron Eagle'' which was a box-office hit despite being critically panned.

As an adult, Rist has worked as a voice actor, such as in the ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'' film series (as the voice of Michelangelo); from 1984 to 1986, he starred in the Saturday morning cartoon ''Kidd Video'', playing the character Whiz both in live-action music videos and animated sequences. He was the voice of Star, a Siberian husky, in the 1995 Universal Studios film ''Balto''. He was also the voice of Aaron in the PC game ''Star Warped''. An episode of ''Batman: The Animated Series'' titled "Baby Doll" contained a character called Cousin Spunky that was intended to boost sagging ratings of the fictional ''Baby Doll'' sitcom, a clear reference to Cousin Oliver. (Rist lent his voice to the episode, but did not play Cousin Spunky; his character was an adult.)

Rist also voices characters Choji Akimichi from ''Naruto'', Itsuki "Iggy" Takeuchi from ''Initial D'' and Bud Bison from ''Megaman Starforce''.

Recently, he voiced Griffin in ''Terminator Salvation'', he also recently provided additional voices in ''Final Fantasy XIII''.

Music

Rist is also a musician and producer. He has performed as the lead singer/guitarist for several Los Angeles rock bands, including Wonderboy, the Andersons, Cockeyed Ghost, Nice Guy Eddie, and Steve Barton and the Oblivion Click. The list of west coast pop bands Rist has performed with numbers in the hundreds. He divides his time between film and music production, performing with Los Angeles alt-country band KingsizeMaybe and rock band Jeff Caudill & The Goodtimes Band (with Jeff Caudill of Orange County punk band Gameface and Michael "Popeye" Vogelsang of Orange County punk band Farside). Rist has also produced a number of records for bands, including Suzy & Los Quattro, Backline, Ginger Britt and the Mighty, Jeff Caudill, Steve Barton and the Oblivion Click, Nice Guy Eddie, Kingsizemaybe and The Mockers. Rist produced the Rubinoos album ''Automatic Toaster'' and played drums on that album . He currently is the drummer for the rock formation Your Favorite Trainwreck

Film

As of 2009, Rist is busy juggling, acting, working with music and also working in film production. Rist's latest project is a horror/comedy film he produced, ''Stump The Band'', directed by William Holmes and JoJo Hendrickson.

Susan Marie Olsen (born August 14, 1961) is a former American child television actress and current animal welfare advocate. Olsen is best known for her role as Mike and Carol Brady's (played by Robert Reed and Florence Henderson) youngest daughter, Cindy Brady, on the 1970s television sitcom ''The Brady Bunch'' for the full run of the show, from 1969-1974.

Early life

Born in Santa Monica, California, the youngest of four children, with two older brothers Larry and Christopher (fourteen years older) and a sister Diane. Her brother Christopher was also a child actor, perhaps best known for his role in ''The Man Who Knew Too Much''.

The Brady Bunch

After landing a number of supporting roles, most notably, ''Ironside'', ''Gunsmoke'', and ''Julia'', at age seven she was cast as Cindy on ''The Brady Bunch''.

As an adult, Olsen has expressed that portraying Cindy made peer relations difficult for her as a child. Olsen has said that the episode she dislikes the most is the (second season) "tattletale" episode, in which Cindy snitches on her brothers and sisters. Because of the episode, she was shunned by her real-life peers, who did not understand the difference between actors and their characters.

Olsen has appeared in all ''Brady Bunch'' reunion movies, with the exception of ''A Very Brady Christmas'' in 1988, because she was on her honeymoon with her first husband. In that movie, Cindy Brady was played by Jennifer Runyon.

In 2007, Olsen and her fellow cast members were honored with the TV Pop Culture Awards on the TV Land Awards. It was noted that this is the first award that the ''Brady Bunch'' has ever won.

During ''The Brady Bunch'' production, it was noted that even though her 'Brady series father,' star Robert Reed, was suffering a great deal of unhappiness (both on and off the set), Olsen continued to develop a wonderful on- and off-screen relationship with him, as well as with Florence Henderson, who played her television mother.

During a hiatus, she, along with Reed and other castmates, would often go out on vacations. One such vacation was a trip to Kings Island Amusement Park in Mason, Ohio, during the fifth and final season (1973–1974). At the end of that season, she was very aware of Reed's misbehaviour, off the set, mainly in relation to not speaking scripted dialogue (poor character dialogue being a point of an ongoing, long-term argument between Reed and series creator and executive producer Sherwood Schwartz). Because of an endplay argument with Schwartz, Reed was written out of the script for (and did not appear in) the final episode of the series, "The Hair-Brained Scheme".

Olsen remained close to Reed until his death on May 12, 1992. She, along with her ''Brady Bunch'' castmates, attended Reed's funeral; however, Robert Reed's real-life daughter, Karen Rietz (who guest-starred on one episode of ''The Brady Bunch'') and his real-life mother, Helen Rietz, reportedly did not attend the funeral.

After ''The Brady Bunch''

As an adult, Olsen moved into the graphic design business and in 1998 briefly marketed a brand of shoes for Converse that glowed in the dark. She also worked as a talk show host at Los Angeles radio station KLSX from 1995 - 1996 with Ken Ober and co hosted and co-wrote another radio show with Comic, Allan Havey at Comedy World in 2000.

She appeared on Cartoon Network's talk show ''Space Ghost Coast to Coast'' in its twenty-sixth episode "Switcheroo" with Cassandra Peterson as "Elvira, Mistress of the Dark". Olsen has also been an advocate for migraine sufferers since 1998. She described her headaches on ''Larry King Live''.

An urban legend claimed that Olsen had become an adult film star. On a late 1990s television interview, Olsen herself stated on-camera that her "porn" connection was that she created space ship sound effects for a porn film called ''Love Probe From a Warm Planet''. She did this as a favor for a friend who worked in the technical side of the business. She also went on to state that perhaps the legend got started because the star of a porn film "Crocodile Blondee" which was widely distributed among troops during the Persian Gulf Crisis, was rumoured to be her. She added that since the porn star was very pretty, she did not try too hard to dispel the rumours.

In the Fall of 2008, Olsen appeared on Fox Reality's ''Gimme My Reality Show'', in which celebrities compete to win their own reality show. Susan used this show to make a statement about animal rescue, a cause with which she is involved.

On June 6, 2009, Olsen thanked retired game show host and current animal rights activist Bob Barker when The Bradys accepted an honor at the GSN Game Show Awards. Olsen is an animal welfare advocate and volunteers with Precious Paws, a rescue group. Olsen takes care of unweaned homeless kittens until they are old enough to adopt.

Olsen's coffee table book ''Love to Love You Bradys'', with co-author Ted Nichelson, celebrates the ''The Brady Bunch Variety Hour''. In addition to many color photos and artwork, the book features over 100 interviews including the Brady Bunch, Sid Krofft, Marty Krofft, Sherwood Schwartz, Bruce Vilanch, Rip Taylor, and Paul Shaffer.

In September 2010, Olsen made a guest appearance on ''The Young and the Restless'' playing Mrs. Liza Morton, a pre-school owner.

Seth Gordon (born July 15, 1974) is an American film director, producer, and film editor. He has produced and directed both film and TV for various film and television studios, including PBS, the Gates Foundation, and the UN. His films have been featured at the Sundance Film Festival and Slamdance Film Festival.

Life and career

Gordon was born in Evanston, Illinois, and has lived in New York, London and Seattle. In Seattle, Seth attended and graduated from Lakeside School, the alma mater of Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Craig Mccaw, and Daniel Wu. He then attended Yale University where he studied architecture. While in school he spent six months in Kenya to help develop the school and infrastructure for the small village of Shimanyiro in Kenya. In one instance, Gordon's having securing funding for a local school led to a crisis involving "an imbalance of need and greed", which itself provided the basis for an early film project. When he returned to Yale, Gordon taught himself how to edit his footage on an Avid editing machine. Gordon also attended Harvard Graduate School of Design. He has said some of his influences are Christopher Guest, Alexander Payne, and Alejandro González Iñárritu.

Filmography

Gordon was a cameraman for the documentary, ''Dixie Chicks: Shut Up and Sing'' directed by Barbara Kopple and Cecilia Peck. He produced and edited the documentary, ''New York Doll'', which was nominated for a Grand Jury Prize in documentary at Sundance Film Festival in 2005. He produced and edited ''Cry Wolf'' for Universal Studios. Gordon made his feature directing debut with the film ''The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters''. The film was accepted to Slamdance and bought for distribution by Picturehouse. New Line Cinema bought the film's remake rights and plans to turn it in to a fiction film with Gordon directing. Gordon's first studio feature film was ''Four Christmases'' for New Line, starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon, released in 2008. He followed this up with ''Horrible Bosses'' in 2011.

Gordon's future projects include directing New Regency's ''Mr. Romance'', Sony's ''The Only Living Boy in New York'', and Working Title's ''Suicide Squad''. He is also set to produce an adaptation of the best selling book, ''Freakonomics''.

In 2009, Gordon developed and directed a video series focusing on the threat posed by cybercrime to Internet users, ''H*Commerce: The Business of Hacking You'', sponsored by antivirus software company McAfee. Gordon has also directed various music videos and commercials, as well as an episode each of ''Modern Family'' and ''Community'', two episodes of ''The Office'', and multiple episodes of ''Parks and Recreation''.

Gordon is co-creator and an executive producer for the fan favorite 2011 Fox comedy television series ''Breaking In''.
