This article features minor fictional characters who appear as guest stars on the cult television program Angel, ordered alphabetically. For the show's main characters, please see the article list of Angel characters.
Alonna Gunn (played by Michele Kelly) was the sister of Charles Gunn, and the most important person in his life. The siblings took care of each other while growing up in the "Badlands" (a fictional neighborhood in Los Angeles). Alonna was turned into a vampire in her first appearance ("War Zone"). Gunn eventually found Alonna as a vampire and confronted her, but was ultimately forced to stake her with Angel looking on. Alonna continued to appear in future episodes in Gunn's memory, flashbacks, and dreams. She was also mentioned in many episodes including "That Old Gang of Mine". It was the death of Alonna that made Gunn receptive to Angel's help and also caused him to drift away from his old crew, as he was tired of seeing his friends "picked off one by one".
Dana Air Flight 992 was a scheduled domestic commercial passenger flight from Abuja to Lagos, Nigeria. On Sunday, 3 June 2012, the McDonnell Douglas MD-83 aircraft operating the flight crashed into a furniture works and printing press building in the Iju-Ishaga neighbourhood of Lagos. The crash resulted in the deaths of all 153 people on board and 10 more on the ground.
The crash of Flight 992 is the deadliest aviation disaster involving a McDonnell Douglas MD-83, as well as the second-deadliest involving an MD-80 series aircraft, behind Inex-Adria Aviopromet Flight 1308. It is also the second-deadliest aircraft crash on Nigerian soil, behind the Kano air disaster of 1973.
The aircraft was a twin-engined McDonnell Douglas MD-83, registered in Nigeria as 5N-RAM, built in 1990 and delivered to Alaska Airlines before acquired by Dana Air in February 2009. The airframe had accumulated 60,846 hours of total flight time since new. The left and right engines had 54,322 and 26,025 hours of total flight time since new, respectively. The last maintenance on the aircraft was performed on 1 June 2012, two days before the accident.
Life in a... Metro is a 2007 Indian drama film directed by Anurag Basu, set in Mumbai, featuring an ensemble cast of Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali, Shilpa Shetty, Shiney Ahuja, Kay Kay Menon, Kangana Ranaut, Sharman Joshi, Konkona Sen Sharma and Irrfan Khan. The music is composed by Pritam with lyrics by Sayeed Quadri. The film was released on 11 May 2007. The film narrates the individual lives of nine people living in Mumbai, and deals with topics like extramarital affairs, sanctity of marriage, and love. The film was critically acclaimed for its story and screenplay. The film's general plot and a number of characters are based on two classic films, The Apartment and Brief Encounter.
Rahul (Sharman Joshi) is a young man with dreams, working as a call center executive in a BPO in Mumbai. He silently loves Neha (Kangana Ranaut), a smart young woman who has made it up the ranks in a very short time, due to her relationship with her boss, Ranjeet (Kay Kay Menon).
In his 30s, Ranjeet is married to Shikha (Shilpa Shetty) and has a six-year-old daughter. Shikha is well educated, and a trained dancer. Ranjeet and Shikha decided that she should stay back at home and take care of the house and their child. Their eight-year marriage has turned loveless and bitter.
Il était une fois… l'Espace (English: Once Upon a Time… Space) is a French/Japanese animated science fiction TV series from 1982, directed by Albert Barillé.
The series was animated in Japan by the animation studio Eiken, and is thus considered to be anime as it also aired on Japanese TV, albeit not until 1984, under the title Ginga Patrol PJ (銀河パトロールPJ, Galaxy Patrol PJ). In contrast to the show's success in the West, the series' Japanese broadcast was consigned to an early-morning time slot and attracted little attention.
Once Upon a Time... Space differs from the rest of the Once Upon a Time titles in the sense that the series revolve on a dramatic content rather than an educational premise. The series still has a handful of educational information (such as an episode discussing the rings of the planet Saturn).
The series succeeds Once Upon a Time... Man. It reprises almost all of the characters from the previous series and adapts them into a science-fiction context.
Metro is a glossy monthly lifestyle magazine published in New Zealand. It has a strong focus on the city of Auckland, with reportage of issues and society. The magazine was first published independently by Warwick Roger and Bruce Palmer.
Metro was established in 1981. The debut of the magazine coincided with the rapid expansion of the New Zealand economy that occurred from 1984, following the election of the Fourth Labour Government, who implemented widespread neoliberal deregulation and economic reform. The increased access to imported luxury goods made Metro magazine an attractive media environment for advertisers.
Metro magazine's success led to the launch of a sister title North & South, edited by Robyn Langwell. This publication took a wider look at New Zealand regional stories. Langwell was editor of North & South until June 2007. A third title, women's interest magazine More, was launched before the stable was bought by ACP Media, an Australian publishing consortium.

The paintworks gleaming
In the rising sun
All our hopes are rising high
Now the battles won
Brothers and sisters gather around
To change some luck
Just cant lose
When the dice go down
Everybodys glory bound
Bowing down in motortown
Spread the news all around
Theyve got it made in motortown
Theres a new age dawning
For a friend of mine
Its a revolution
In the latest style
Nothing left but a desperate trust
Kiss that chrome
Make a wish
Before it turns to rust
Everybodys glory bound
Got it made in motortown
Spread the news all around
Come on down to motortown
The cars roll by
The old steelyard
As the weeds grow high
Its a miracle, a miracle, a miracle...
Business is booming
In a come good zone
The cash may have gone
But theres hope on loan
Everybodys glory bound
