Koko Head is the headland that defines the eastern side of Maunalua Bay along the southeastern side of the Island of Oʻahu in Hawaiʻi. On its western slope is the community of Portlock, a part of Hawaiʻi Kai. Koko Head (at 642 ft or 196 m) is an ancient tuff cone that is somewhat dwarfed by its neighboring tuff cone, Koko Crater, with its peak, Kohelepelepe (or Puʻu Mai), rising to 1208 ft or 368 m. Koko Head itself has three significant depressions or old vents, the largest of which forms the well-known Hanauma Bay. Koko Head's last eruption was 30,000–35,000 years ago.
This eastern end of Oʻahu is quite scenic and most of the area is part of Koko Head Regional Park, administered by the City & County of Honolulu. The following features and natural areas are found between Koko Head and the eastern end of the island at Makapuʻu:
Go to http://migrationology.com/ for lots more travel adventures! Koko Head hike is one of the most strenuous hikes on the island of Oahu - located on the outskirts of Honolulu, Hawaii. The hike goes straight up the side of Koko Head Crater, following a old cable car railroad. The top of the mountain was originally a military bunker so the cable cars were there in order to transport good from the bottom to the top. Today the cable car is no longer functioning but is instead open to the public as a hiking trail. The trail leads up 1080 steps to the top. On the trail you just follow the railroad ties step by step. In the middle of the hike there's a small bridge that you need to cross, however if that proves to be too frightening, you can take the trail around the bridge. Koko Head hike...

Then we caught our flight to visit Ryan and the Lost Boys on the Big Island in Hilo where we had a breakfast of exotic fruits Alex had never tried before. ___ www.ethicsandantics.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/HumanTimothy Twitter: www.twitter.com/HumanTimothy Facebook: www.facebook.com/pages/Tim-Li... It's me and Michele's first time doing Koko Head. We get to the bridge section of the hike and we are scared, so we crawl on all fours to get across. Dean tries to motivate us and encourage us to stand up and walk it, but we are scared of stepping wrong.

Check out my channel, subscribe and like! :) Koko Crater is a Volcanic Cinder Cone and is the remnants of the last active Volcano on Oahu that took place 10,000 years ago. A hike to the top of Koko Head Crater on Oahu. This is a great hike, strenuous because you hike straight up the old railway to the top, but beautiful views and a good workout. Aloha!

On my recent trip to Hawaii, I hiked the Koko Head Crater on Oahu for the first time. I've done the Diamondhead hike several times. It was time to venture out and see more of the island! This hike is said to be 1048 steps and is very challenging.
When you promise him that you'll hike it, no matter #GioFly #AllForLove
After getting diagnosed with MS in 2000, and my 1st Doctor telling me to laydown and wait to die, I took responsibility for my own health. I kept moving as best as I could, and eat as health as I know how. In 2013, after reading the book, The China Study, and finding out about an MS diet from Dr. John McDougall I started eating a high carb vegan. I have regain some of what I lost, and have not taken any disease modifying drugs. One year ago, I started taking LDN for fatigue with great success. Please see my play list on MS for more information on my journey and maybe some answers of problems you have been having with Multiple Sclerosis.
New Yandere Simulator update, new girl, new side story, and new ways to screw around! I've done all sorts of horrible things to Kokona Kokohead to get closer to Senpai, but I haven't tried being her friend (probably because empathy isn't really in Yandere-Chan's emotional vocabulary). I hope you guys enjoy this video! Massive thanks to YandereDev for always delivering. P.S. I understand this is a sandbox and not a full game, so I make up a narrative to create my own set of actions and consequences to go with what is given. I know that Kokona isn't the only rival. I know that you can't beat the game yet. I, too, am following the development of Yandere Simulator :P. Hope you enjoy it! Just wanted to show people how to get to the shooting complex from central Oahu. Enjoy the ride.
A mashup of snorkeling @ Hanauma Bay and hiking the Koko Crater trail on Oahu, HI.
While on Annual training my troops decide it was a good idea to climb Koko head. I had no clue where we were going and what i was in for. I will NEVER do this hike again.
1st person hike up Koko Head Crater in Oahu, Hawaii. I used the Gopro Hero2 camera with a lot of the footage sped up to shorten the video (even though it is still super long). Shout outs to all the people I met and talked to along the way :]
You've been talking like I ain't been doing it like I used to do
Tonight I'm gonna show you, show you, don't slack I aint holding
Nuthin' back, you bout to get it yeah the way you keep on calling

It's bout to be a showdown yeah, and I'm ready to thrown down yeah
Imma tie my hair up, we bout to go head up, we gone mess this
Bed up, I hope you ready yeah
Chours

(And now we on the bed), I'll backup what I said
You pulling on my hair, we'll touch every position until you
Submit yeah it's all said, now right after we finish tell me I, tell me I am the winner
