Alexandra Silk
Alexandra Silk (born September 19, 1963 in Long Island, New York) is an American pornographic actress, pornographic director and adult model.
Biography
A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Silk began her adult career as a stripper in Las Vegas. During this time she met porn star Jenna Jameson, who advised her on how to enter the pornographic industry. Silk made her way to Hollywood, where she met Ron Jeremy, who in turn introduced her to performers, directors and producers.
During the course of her career she married porn star Luc Wylder.
In addition to performances in over 400 pornographic films, she also appeared in music videos, television spots and mainstream movies. In print, she has featured in magazines such as Playboy, Vogue, and Maxim. She appeared as Bailiff Silk in the PlayboyTV sitcom, Sex Court, and on the Sirius Satellite Radio show, Sex Court.
She is a member of the Free Speech Coalition, the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality, and a supporting member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). By February 2010, Silk had completed her internship to become a certified sex surrogate with the International Professional Surrogate Association (IPSA), and names this as her true calling.

At the Vogue Festival in association with Vertu, Victoria Beckham not only reaffirmed that she's the successful fashion designer and mother we already knew she was - she also won over the audience with her famous sharp wit and self-effacing humour. "I'm nice! Everyone thinks I'm going to be a cow," she said, smiling. "I understand it actually. I think the same when I see the pictures."
Queues started forming two hours before the designer took to the stage with Alexandra Shulman this morning - and she did not disappoint as she discussed her life, career and how she established her two fashion labels. She was supported by 14-year-old son Brooklyn and her parents, Jackie and Tony, who watched from the front row.
"There are a lot of people here, I hope I'm going to say something good now," she said, as she gazed around at the full auditorium.
Addressing the cynicism surrounding her move into the fashion industry, she revealed that it was hard work that eventually made the fashion press take notice.
"At the beginning there were a lot of raised eyebrows, from those who could raise their eyebrows," she laughed. "When I started, I did one-on-one presentations, I'd talk for hours to people who didn't even speak English. I think a lot of people probably thought, 'Shut up, stop going on about a bloody grosgrain waistband!' But I'm really grateful to the industry."
The designer, who currently shows at New York Fashion Week, hasn't ruled out joining the London schedule in the future.
"I'd never say never to showing in London, but I've got a great thing going in New York. Maybe one day," she said, following much encouragement from Shulman. "I am looking into [standalone] retail too - the e-commerce has been going really well. I get bored easily so it's time for something new. London is where I want to have my first store."
But, almost despite herself, the topic Beckham returned to most often was the importance of her children.
"My children are my priority and always have been. I'm up early in the morning doing spelling tests and maths quizzes before the school run, then up late with a baby and a 14-year-old who refuses to go to bed - Brooklyn," she said, gesturing to her son in the audience.
"I've got great people who handle my schedule and everything does revolve around the children. If there's a parents' night or an Easter bonnet parade or a nativity play, whatever it might be, then I plan everything around that."
And even while she's at work, the children are never far from her side.
"I love having children in the office, mine are always running around," she said. "I had one of those swingy chairs for Harper in my office and she'd bounce one way and swing into a roll of fabric and then bounce the other way and crash into a bag of samples."
Now at the helm of an ever-expanding empire, the designer revealed that a high street collaboration is not out of the question ("Maybe one day, but right now I don't have the time"), and that a fragrance launch is something she would consider in the future. She also explained how she copes with doing so much travelling ("Dark glasses, Alex"); revealed her role model ("My Mum. Don't cry, Mum"); and advised budding entrepreneurs on how to make it in the fashion industry ("You have to be prepared to start at the bottom and work up"), before answering questions sent in by Twitter users to the @BritishVogue account.
As the talk drew to a close, Beckham seemed almost surprised that she'd held the audience's attention for so long. "Gosh, is that it?" she exclaimed. "Thank you so much to everyone that came, I didn't expect so many people. If you'd told me how many, I might have got up and sung a song. Now that would have been a worry."

The most abhorrent conspiracy is that against children. No one has done more than Kevin Annett to shine uncompromising light on this uncomfortable subject.
Kevin, a former United Church minister, and the International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) have demonstrated that the Vatican embodies and protects not just a few bad-apple pedophiles, but has institutionalized ritual child abuse and, in Canada, the US, and around the world, has overseen the mass murder of indigenous tribal children, mainly through Church-run orphanages.
In a set of damning documents re-produced here, Annett proves the State and Church -- hardly 'separate' -- are complicit in these institutions of evil.
Together, Church and State -- (several churches and several states) -- render indigenous children "orphans" through a corrupt legal system which strips them from their parents and effectively imprisons them in orphanages. Many of these are better labeled 'concentration camps' and are organized as veritable "killing machines." (For instance, death rates show that housing infected TB victims with the uninfected was not a dumb mistake, but usual practice and policy.)
As Kevin long has shown -- and here backs up with new documentary evidence -- these institutions feed into a larger criminal network involving drug and human trafficking, forced child prostitution, and ritual satanic abuse and murder of children at the highest levels of the Vatican and the "Ninth Circle."
In this wide-ranging interview also Kevin throws penetrating insider's light on the Jesuit pope Bergoglio's superficial attempts at reform, the complexities of Vatican politics, its recent criminal investigations, and its competing internal factions.
Of crucial global importance are Kevin's comments on the Vatican's shifting international relations in a time when its traditional Western allies are crumbling in the face of the Eastern alliances, the BRICS economic pact, the AIIB bank, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, SCO, the new Silk Road projects, and so on. Der leitende Arzt der Klinik, Dr. Ralph Winter, erklärt dem inzwischen eingetroffenen Kommissar Thiel, dass ein Traumata-Patient seit zwei Tagen vermisst werde. Am Abend vor seinem Tod habe der ermordete Bankier übrigens einen lautstarken Streit mit einer jungen attraktiven Frau gehabt. Und zwar mit jener, die gerade eben das Klinikgelände verlässt! Fährt soeben die Mörderin davon? Thiel und Boerne steigen in Boernes neues Cabrio und folgen der Unbekannten...

Es ist Sommer in Münster. Kaum ein Wölkchen bedeckt den Himmel und die Sonne lacht – perfekte Bedingungen für das Golfturnier in Grothenburg, denkt sich Prof. Karl-Friedrich Boerne (Jan Josef Liefers) zufrieden. Doch als Boernes Spielpartner Dr. Bollinger einen Golfball im Gebüsch sucht, entdeckt der plötzlich einen Toten – im Smoking, stranguliert an einem Baum.
Hauptkommissar Frank Thiel (Axel Prahl) eilt zum Tatort. Damit das Golfturnier fortgeführt werden kann, untersucht Prof. Boerne die Leiche kurzerhand in der Kurklinik, zu dem der Golfplatz gehört. Die Merkmale von einer Fesselung an den Fußgelenken und ein Zettel in der Jacke des Toten schließen Boerne anfängliche Theorie von einem Selbstmord aus...
Wie sich herausstellt, handelt es sich bei dem Opfer um den Bankier Dr. Strothoff, der ebenfalls an dem Golfturnier teilnehmen wollte. Der leitende Arzt der Klinik, Dr. Ralph Winter, erklärt dem inzwischen eingetroffenen Kommissar Thiel, dass ein Traumata-Patient seit zwei Tagen vermisst werde. Am Abend vor seinem Tod habe der ermordete Bankier übrigens einen lautstarken Streit mit einer jungen attraktiven Frau gehabt. Und zwar mit jener, die gerade eben das Klinikgelände verlässt! Fährt soeben die Mörderin davon? Thiel und Boerne steigen in Boernes neues Cabrio und folgen der Unbekannten...

In kurzer Zeit erhalten Schulkinder ihre Halbjahreszeugnisse – das bringt in vielen Familien auch das Thema Mathe wieder auf den Tisch. Denn wie die TIMSS- und PISA-Studie jüngst zeigten und die Stiftung Rechnen seit Jahren beobachtet: Kaum ein anderes Fach bereitet Schülerinnen und Schülern so viele Probleme und macht deshalb auch Angst. Eine aktuelle FACT-Umfrage unter 544 Kindern der Klassen 1 bis 7 im Auftrag des Online-Lernspezialisten scoyo und der Stiftung Rechnen hat ergeben: Nahezu jedes zehnte Kind fürchtet sich vor dem Schulfach – Mädchen durchschnittlich doppelt so häufig wie Jungen.
Gerade, wenn in den Zeugnissen schlechte Noten erwartet werden, stehen Eltern vor der Frage, wie diesen entgegengesteuert werden kann. Dabei überträgt sich oftmals Druck auf die Kinder, der Ängste weiter aufbaut. Wie können Eltern dem Problemfach Mathe also am besten begegnen? Wie können Mütter und Väter langfristig dazu beitragen, dass Kinder Spaß am Rechnen haben und wie kommt mehr Leichtigkeit in den Zahlenalltag? Darüber diskutieren Experten online live am 24. Januar ab 20 Uhr.
Der Online-Lernspezialist scoyo und die Stiftung Rechnen laden Mütter, Väter und weitere Interessenten dazu ein, beim siebten Elternabend im Netz gemeinsam mit Expertinnen und Experten über das Angstfach Mathematik zu sprechen. Februar 2079 aus der Kneipe Onkel Pö in Hamburg ausgestrahlt.[1] Sie wird vom Norddeutschen Rundfunk produziert. Einige der dritten Programme der übrigen ARD-Anstalten übernehmen die Sendung (teilweise zeitversetzt). Die Erstausstrahlung erfolgt alle zwei Wochen freitags von 22:00 bis 0:00 Uhr. Am 21. Juni 2023 wurde die 700. Ausgabe der NDR Talk Show ausgestrahlt.[1] Die Sendung wird in den NDR-Studios in Hamburg-Lokstedt aufgezeichnet.

Die erste Ausgabe wurde moderiert von Dagobert Lindlau, Wolf Schneider und Hermann Schreiber. In der Folgezeit wurde die zweistündige Sendung von 86 Moderatoren geleitet. Am längsten moderierten Wolf Schneider, Alida Gundlach, Hermann Schreiber, Hubertus Meyer-Burckhardt und Marie-Louise Steinbauer. Seit dem 18. februar 2008 moderieren Barbara Schöneberger und Hubertus Meyer-Burckhardt die Sendung.
