To The Point: Pakistan Continues To Provoke Violence In Kashmir

Syed Salahuddin held an extensive meetings at
Muzaffarabad in
Pakistan occupied Kashmir . A prayer meeting was also held in memory of
Burhan Wani, a terrorist who was killed by security forces last week.
Pakistan Prime Minister's Office send in a statement at this
point of time condemning the killing of the terrorist that added to the controversy.
Meanwhile Kashmir valley continues to be on the boil even after three days of
Kokernag encounter in which the militant commander, Burhan Wani was killed.
Ever since then there have been continues protest and clashes between the people and security forces at various places despite an appeal from government to maintain calm.The centre has send more than 800 security personnel to the state to ensure
peace.
