Eric Draper "Front Row Seat" (February 25, 2014)
Eric Draper, former Chief White House Photographer for President George W. Bush discussed his recently published book "Front Row Seat" at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan. "Front Row Seat" is a photographic portrait of the Presidency of George W. Bush by Draper who photographed the President for his entire eight years in The White House. Draper took nearly 1 million photos documenting President Bush's daily activities at the office, abroad and in his personal life. Draper photographed many of President Bush's most historic moments, including throughout 9/11 and international visits as well as time with family and with troops.

In eight years with the AP, Draper covered an array of domestic and international news and sports. Draper has also worked as a staff photographer for The Seattle Times, the Pasadena Star-News and the Albuquerque Tribune.
Draper is currently a freelance corporate, and editorial photographer based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico where he lives with his wife and three dogs. He is an obsessive LA Laker fan.
