DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - Fair officials say they have several interested potential buyers for the Montgomery County Fairgrounds site in Dayton.

The 37-acre property is up for sale as the county fair looks for a new, larger home.

The Dayton Daily News (http://bit.ly/29IXdKJ ) reports that four commercial and residential developers already are showing interest.

Proposals for the fairgrounds property are due in September and a developer is expected to be chosen before the end of the year.
