A toddler critically injured when a car ran her over in her Gold Coast driveway has been moved to a Brisbane hospital as she fights for life.
Taya Parker, 17 months, was struck by a reversing four-wheel-drive in the driveway of her family home at Burleigh Waters about 4pm on Sunday.

Paramedics rushed her to the Gold Coast University Hospital with life-threatening injuries but she had to be moved to the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital overnight.
A friend of parents Jen and Jayce said on Monday they were distraught after spending the night in hospital worrying about their little girl.

On Monday morning, a hospital spokesman said the toddler remained in a critical condition in the intensive care unit.*
He said a man was driving the black Toyota Prado at the time of the accident but wouldn't confirm his identity.

A baby girl has been rushed to Gold Coast hospital after she was hit by a vehicle on the Gold Coast.
Paramedics were called to a private residence at Burleigh Waters after a 17-month-old girl was reportedly run over in a driveway at 4.15pm.
The girl was transported in a critical condition to Gold Coast University Hospital.
Police said the girl was struck by a vehicle that was reversing in the driveway .
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
