Shirley Ching Hua Hsieh from Tony and Jennifer Smorgon, who are members of the prominent Melbourne business family of the same name.
According to
Domain, one potential buyer offered more than $24.1m, however, the terms offered by Ms Hsieh were better, and she made payment within six weeks.
