INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter
4 cups thinly sliced onions
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper
1 French baguette
Good quality old white cheddar
Parsley for garnish
RECIPE
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes until golden. Add grated apple and sauté another 10-20 minutes.
Slice the baguette at an angle and lay out the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Add a dollop of onion mixture to each crostini and top with a few slices of apple and a piece of cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish with parsley.

Cheddar is a large village and civil parish in the Sedgemoor district of the English county of Somerset. It is situated on the southern edge of the Mendip Hills, 9 miles (14 km) north-west of Wells. The civil parish includes the hamlets of Nyland and Bradley Cross. The village, which has its own parish council, has a population of 5,093 and the parish has an acreage of 8,592 acres (3,477 ha) as of 1961.
Cheddar Gorge is the largest gorge in the United Kingdom and includes several show caves including Gough's Cave. The gorge has been a centre of human settlement since Neolithic times, including a Saxon palace. It has a temperate climate and provides a unique geological and biological environment that has been recognised by the designation of several Sites of Special Scientific Interest. It is also the site of several limestone quarries. The village gave its name to Cheddar cheese and has been a centre for strawberry growing, with the crop being transported on the Cheddar Valley line, which closed in the late 1960s but is now a cycle path. It is now a major tourist destination with several cultural and community facilities, including the Cheddar Show Caves Museum.

Ice cubes are small, roughly cube-shaped pieces of ice, conventionally used to cool beverages. Ice cubes are sometimes preferred over crushed ice because they melt more slowly; they are standard in mixed drinks that call for ice, in which case the drink is said to be "on the rocks."
Ice cubes that are crushed or sheared into irregularly-shaped flakes may add an interesting aesthetic effect to some cocktails. Crushed ice is also used when faster cooling is desired, since the rate of cooling is governed by the number and average radius of the ice particles.
Melting ice cubes sometimes precipitate white flakes, commonly known as "floaties". This is calcium carbonate which is present in many water supplies and is completely harmless.[citation needed]
American physician and humanitarian John Gorrie built a refrigerator in 1844 with the purpose of cooling air. His refrigerator produced ice which he hung from the ceiling in a basin. Gorrie can be considered the creator of ice cubes, but his aim was not to cool drinks: he used the ice to lower the ambient room temperature. During his time, a dominant idea was that bad air quality caused disease. Therefore, in order to help treat sickness, he pushed for the draining of swamps and the cooling of sickrooms.

Dedrick Rolison, (born August 9, 1971), better known by his stage name Mack 10 is an American rapper and actor. He was a member of hip hop trio Westside Connection, along with Ice Cube and WC. He is of African American and Mexican descent. He gets his nickname from the MAC-10 submachine gun.
Mack 10 made his first appearance on Ice Cube's "Bootlegs & B-Sides" compilation on the track "What Can I Do? (Remix.)"
Rolison married Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, from R&B trio TLC in 2000. They have one daughter name Chase Rolison, born on October 20, 2000. In 2004, T-Boz filed for divorce and a restraining order against him.
Rolison is also the founder of independent record label Hoo-Bangin Records.

Salt & pepper
1 French baguette
Good quality old white cheddar
Parsley for garnish
RECIPE
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes until golden. Add grated apple and sauté another 10-20 minutes.
Slice the baguette at an angle and lay out the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Add a dollop of onion mixture to each crostini and top with a few slices of apple and a piece of cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish with parsley.

(not really, but you will have to watch the whole video to find out the entire story) This is another clip I filmed months ago under the impression that my live commentary was recording properly (it had absolutely no reason not to be) but alas, it was not. I figured the best way to use this footage of TheSmokingCheddar's beautiful Bandit Fort Cheddar base tour would be to just post commentate and entire update about myself and the channel, as well as thank the subscribers. Once again, anything that comes out of this channel is because of YOU and I will never stop showing my appreciation however I can. I figured the best way to use this footage of TheSmokingCheddar's beautiful Bandit Fort Cheddar base tour would be to just post commentate and entire update about myself and the channel, as well as thank the subscribers. I'm sorry that this video is only like 7 minutes. When I was looking fore clips to add on to it I realized that I just didn't have anything that would work for this video, so I decided to just keep it as is. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy this super quick jackpot raid that I filmed with TheSmokingCheddar and BILKO on the All Welcome Vanilla Rust server a few days ago. We did pretty damn well raiding a base on an island that had a crazy amount of large medkits (which translates to stacks and stacks of low grade fuel when you think about it). Anyways, I hope you enjoy this super quick jackpot raid, I'll do my best to have a proper, full length video uploaded by the end of today as well, so you don't get bored. Let’s say you want to make nacho dip. Everyone wants to make
nacho dip. But when you heat regular cheese, the fats can melt
away from the rest of the cheese solids, leaving you with a pool
of oil and a lumpy, stringy mess.
Enter processed cheese, of which American cheese is a particular type. This stuff is consistent by design, has a longer shelf-life, is usually cheaper than natural cheese, and melts like a dream.
But… how? What arcane science imbued natural cheese with such
unnatural properties?
Here in the U.S., the FDA has crafted an exhaustively specific legal definition of processed cheese. The short version is that it’s a type of food made by pulverizing, heating, and mixing actual cheese of one or more types with an emulsifier into a homogeneous plastic mass.
That’s “plastic” as in the physical definition, i.e. “a substance easily shaped or molded”. Processed cheese isn’t made of actual plastic.
But it can contain water, salt, artificial color, flavorings, and this
stuff:
Emulsifying agents: monosodium phosphate,disodium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, trisodium phosphate, sodium metaphosphate (sodium hexametaphosphate), sodium acid pyrophosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, sodium tartrate, and sodium potassium tartrate;
Additional fat: cream, anhydrous milkfat, and dehydrated cream;
Acidifying agents: vinegar, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, and phosphoric acid;
Mold inhibitors: sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium sorbate, sodium propionate, and calcium propionate;
Anti-sticking agent: lecithin.
The key to processed cheese’s smoothness is the emulsifying agents. An emulsion is a mixture of two liquids that don’t usually mix. Like oil and water. No matter how hard you stir or shake them together, they’ll separate back out. But emulsifiers make the two play nice, chemically speaking.
That’s because they interact with both liquids, grabbing globules of one and suspending them evenly throughout the other. Cheese (and milk, for that matter) is made up of fats and oil-soluble substances plus a solution of water-soluble proteins and minerals. The added emulsifiers keep them blended together, even when they’re heated.
The other optional ingredients are texture and flavor enhancers, preservatives, and cheesemaking shortcuts designed to speed the manufacturing process along. But as long as the finished cheese has moisture, fat, and pH levels that closely resemble those of its actual cheese ingredients, the stuff can legally be called “pasteurized process cheese.”
And if it’s made from cheddar, washed curd, Colby, or granular cheese, it can be called “American cheese.”
But you may have noticed some extra words creeping in on labels, dubbing the stuff pasteurized process cheese food or spread or product.
Those designations indicate that other ingredients have been put in that reduce the amount of actual cheese in the finished food. All of these creations are required to consist of at least 51% cheese.
