Swordsman Online is a Free to play Martial Arts MMORPG released in 2014 In the west and Published by Perfect World Entertainment, This MMO isn't open world and allows you to choose either tab targeting or action combat as well as giving you a choice between 10 different classes each of which has multiple stances to choose from that changes your play style, Swordsman Online is based on a series of books and is a very story driven game with a lot of cut scenes and cinematics.
I played Swordsman Online for about 6 hours and condense my thoughts and feelings into this 21 minute video with a summary at the end in a pros and cons format.

In this video I try out a Free To Play Martial Arts MMORPG called Swordsman Online which can be downloaded from steam and was ported to the west in 2014 by the publisher Perfect World Entertainment, This game features a decent character creator, a choice between tab targeting and action combat gameplay, 10 classes with no genderlock, a heavily instanced world, average graphics, a competitive pvp end game, a story driven narrative with lots of cut scenes and a minimalist user interface.

Swordsmanship
Swordsmanship refers to the skills of a swordsman, a person versed in the art of the sword. The term is modern, and as such was mainly used to refer to smallsword fencing, but by extension it can also be applied to any martial art involving the use of a sword. The formation of the English word "swordsman" is parallel to the Latin word gladiator, a term for the professional fighters who fought against each other and a variety of other foes for the entertainment of spectators in the Roman Empire. The word gladiator itself comes from the Latin word gladius, meaning "sword".

The sword in ancient Egypt was known by several names, but most are variations of the words sfet, seft or nakhtui. The earliest bronze swords in the country date back 4000 years. Four types of sword are known to have been used: the ma or boomerang-sword based on the hunting stick, the kat or knife-sword, the khopesh or falchion based on the sickle, and a fourth form of straight longsword. The khopesh was used region-wide and is depicted as early as the Sixth Dynasty (3000 BC). It was thick-backed and weighted with bronze, sometimes even with gold hilts in the case of pharaohs. The blade may be edged on one or both sides, and was made from iron or blue steel. The double-edge sword had a leaf-shaped blade, and a handle which hollows away at the centre and thickens at each end. These swords are of various lengths, and were paired with shields. Middle Eastern swords became dominant throughout North Africa after the introduction of Islam, after which point swordsmanship in the region becomes that of Arabian or Middle Eastern fencing.

Jet Li
Li Lianjie ([lì ljɛ̌ntɕjě]; born 26 April 1963), better known by his English stage name Jet Li, is a Chinese film actor, film producer, martial artist, and wushu champion who was born in Beijing. He is a naturalized Singaporean citizen.
After three years of intensive training with Wu Bin, Li won his first national championship for the Beijing Wushu Team. After retiring from Wushu at age 19, he went on to win great acclaim in China as an actor making his debut with the film Shaolin Temple (1982). He went on to star in many critically acclaimed martial arts epic films, most notably the Once Upon A Time in China series, in which he portrayed folk hero Wong Fei-hung.
Li's first role in a Hollywood film was as a villain in Lethal Weapon 4 (1998), and his first leading role in a Hollywood film was as Han Sing in Romeo Must Die (2000). He has gone on to star in many Hollywood action films, including Kiss of the Dragon and Unleashed. He co-starred in The One (2001), The Forbidden Kingdom (2008) with Jackie Chan, all three of The Expendables films with Sylvester Stallone, and as the title character villain in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008) opposite Brendan Fraser.

Swordsman Online is a Free to play Martial Arts MMORPG released in 2014 In the west and Published by Perfect World Entertainment, This MMO isn't open world and allows you to choose either tab targeting or action combat as well as giving you a choice between 10 different classes each of which has multiple stances to choose from that changes your play style, Swordsman Online is based on a series of books and is a very story driven game with a lot of cut scenes and cinematics.
I played Swordsman Online for about 6 hours and condense my thoughts and feelings into this 21 minute video with a summary at the end in a pros and cons format.

Death Game 55 - Burning Haze vs The Crimson Swordsman - Sword Art Online: Re: Hollow Fragment
I figured I haven't fought this guy in a while, so why not? I even re-embraced the old style of switching between dual wielding and one-handed. I tried this in 1st person and... it was a pain. The 1st person mod in this game kinda sucks. The way the camera is facing, isn't exactly the way your character is, so you can miss with a lot of sword skills without knowing if you're actually facing the enemy properly. It's fine against bosses that are stationary, like Ijelfur, but against bosses like this, it would be a much longer fight. -

I figured I haven't fought this guy in a while, so why not? I even re-embraced the old style of switching between dual wielding and one-handed.
I tried this in 1st person and... it was a pain. The 1st person mod in this game kinda sucks. The way the camera is facing, isn't exactly the way your character is, so you can miss with a lot of sword skills without knowing if you're actually facing the enemy properly. It's fine against bosses that are stationary, like Ijelfur, but against bosses like this, it would be a much longer fight.
