Cinnamon (/ˈsɪnəmən/ SIN-ə-mən) is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamomum that is used in both sweet and savoury foods. The term "cinnamon" also refers to its mid-brown colour. While Cinnamomum verum is sometimes considered to be "true cinnamon"; most cinnamon in international commerce is derived from related species, which are also referred to as "cassia" to distinguish them from "true cinnamon".
Cinnamon is the name for perhaps a dozen species of trees and the commercial spice products that some of them produce. All are members of the genus Cinnamomum in the family Lauraceae. Only a few of them are grown commercially for spice.
The English word cinnamon and "cassia", attested in English since the 15th century, derives from the Greek κιννάμωμον kinnámōmon (later kínnamon), via Latin and medieval French intermediate forms. The Greek in turn was borrowed from a Phoenician word, which would have been akin to the related Hebrew qinnamon.
Ian, Iain (/ˈiː.ən/; Scottish Gaelic pronunciation: [ˈɪʲən]) is a name of Scottish Gaelic origin, corresponding to English/Hebrew John. It is a very popular name in much of the English-speaking world and especially in Scotland, where it originated. Ian was the 19th most popular male name, taking account of the whole British population (over 300,000 Ians in total).
The name has now fallen out of the top 100 male baby names in the UK, having peaked in popularity as one of the top 10 names throughout the 1960s, while remaining roughly constant in popularity in the USA. Back in 1900, Ian was the 180th most popular male baby name in England and Wales.
The original Irish Gaelic and Scottish Gaelic form of the name is Seán (or Seathan). Ian is a variant spelling of the Scoticisations Eathain, Eóin, and Iain.
Other Gaelic forms of "John" include "Seonaidh" ("Johnny" from Lowland Scots), "Seon" (from English), "Seathan", and "Seán" and "Eoin" (from Irish). Its Welsh counterpart is Ioan and Breton equivalent is Yann.

Ian George Brown (born 20 February 1963) is an English musician. He was the lead singer of the alternative rock band the Stone Roses from their formation in 1983 until they broke up in 1996. Following the split he began a solo career, releasing six studio albums, a greatest hits compilation, a remix album and 17 singles. He has performed solo shows in 45 countries. He returned to singing for the Stone Roses on 19 October 2011. On 20 October he put out a statement to say that although he had reunited with the band, it did not spell the end of his solo endeavours.
Brown was born in Warrington in 1963 and grew up on Forster Street, Orford until the age of about 6. His father, George, was a joiner and his mother Jeane worked as a receptionist in a paper factory. He then moved with his family, including a brother and sister, to Timperley, Altrincham. He attended Park Road County Primary Infant and Junior School and then Altrincham Grammar School for Boys.
Brown's interest in music was inspired by the punk movement, specifically the bands Sex Pistols, the Clash and Manchester band Slaughter & the Dogs. Brown and original Stone Roses bassist Pete Garner attended the recording of the Clash single "Bankrobber" in Manchester.
Chris Orrick, better known by his stage name Red Pill, is an American rapper and lyricist from Detroit, Michigan. After starting his career collaborating with Michigan music collective BLAT! Pack, in 2010 he released his debut album Please Tip Your Driver to a positive reception. The album was followed by a number of collaborations and the EP Dream Within a Dream in 2012, and the album The Kick in 2013. According to HipHopDX, The Kick documented "relatable topics to anyone with everyday problems."
In 2013, rapper Verbal Kent, Red Pill and producer Apollo Brown formed the group Ugly Heroes, and they released their self-titled debut in May 2013 through Mello Music Group.PopMatters called the album "one of the better hip-hop records of 2013." Red Pill's solo album Look What This World Did To Us was released on April 7, 2015 through Mello Music Group. The album was generally well-received, with Exclaim! opining that the lyrics "range from deeply intimate, to unflinchingly grim, to hilariously self-deprecating, often in the same bar."

And when she blows the candle flame to smoke She says a prayer for all of those who live in houses and in homes And Monday she'll go down town standing naked in the road You may know what I am But who I am you don't know She'll run across the mustard dust sand Scream down the wind And the sea is in a cold Like when in holiday homes And houses like sweet confectionary And sandcastles and drinking wine Hungry dinners perfectly timed And mother and father glowing young Happy to be each other together When she blows the candle out She goes to bed and lies and drags through her head The day that went way of every day But tomorrow she'll fly a plane Over the fields where the houses aren't built yet She smiled sweetly across the room Through the lunch time smoke And I love...
