Stephanie Charlton

Stephanie Charlton is a fictional character in the ITV series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She is portrayed by the actress Cherie Lunghi.

Character history

Stephanie is Belle's madam; she herself was once a call girl. Rich and glamorous, with a cutting sense of humour, and cynical attitude, she reluctantly looks out for the girls that belong to her agency. "Do you know what love is Belle? A marketing ploy, remember that".

Stephanie is portrayed as an independent woman with eyes only for money. She never reveals anything remotely personal to the call girls, however, it is assumed that she is not married, due to her various cynical remarks, such as "you do this job long enough – you want to kick the shit out of a man". She is intensely private to the extent that she insinuates that Stephanie is not her real name; however in Series 4, with the arrival of her daughter Poppy, who calls her Stephanie, it can be assumed that Stephanie is in fact her real name.

Stephanie is an upcoming drama fantasy horror film directed by Akiva Goldsman. It will star Anna Torv, Frank Grillo, Kenneth Choi and Shree Crooks.

Summary

Stephanie (Shree Crooks) is a young girl who was abandoned by her parents in their home. With only a toy turtle to talk to and surviving off peanut butter, there is also a dark supernatural force watching over Stephanie. When her mother and father (Anna Torv and Frank Grillo) return, the entity gets angry and spins out of control with Stephanie in the middle.

Deadline.com announced that Akiva Goldsman signed on to direct the film and that Blumhouse Productions, Gotham Group, Unbroken Pictures and Matt Kaplan with Chapter One Films will produce. Jason Blum with Blumhouse Productions has a deal with Universal so the film will go through them for distribution. The film was written by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski.

Angel (Angel album)

Angel is the first album by the rock band Angel. "Tower", the keyboard-heavy opening track, was used widely during the late 1970s and early 1980s by album rock radio stations in the USA for various advertising purposes. The track is also on K-SHE radio's Classic List. This album can be seen as representing the band's early progressive roots, with Helluva Band seeing the group starting to move towards an increasingly hard rock-oriented sound. The fifth and final season of the television series Angel, the spin-off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, premiered on October 1, 2003 on The WB and concluded its 22-episode season and its television run on May 19, 2004. Because of You is the second studio album by American recording artist Ne-Yo, released on April 25, 2007 by Def Jam Recordings in the United States.
