Hi Bold Bakers! I know you love my No-Bake recipes so this week I'm showing you how to create 3 BIG & BOLD Fudge Flavors that you can make just using a microwave. Also, these are great Valentine's Day gifts so hopefully you can make them for someone you love. So let's get no-baking!

Cookies & Cream Fudge
INGREDIENTS
3 ¼ cup (18 oz/475g) white chocolate
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups (about 20 cookies) crushed chocolate creme-filled sandwich cookies
METHOD
1. Line a 9x9inch square pan with parchment paper,
2. In a heat proof bowl GENTLY melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for rouglhy 1.20 -2 minute. My microwave is 1200W so adjust your time accordingly. Keep a close eye on it, you don’t want it to get too warm it will get hard and you will have to start again.
3. Stir in crushed cookies, reserving some to scatter on the top. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
5. Chill for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper. Cut into squares.
It will keep fresh in the fridge for 3 week. Best eaten at room temperature.
S'MORE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
For the graham cracker crust:
1 1/2 cups (6oz/165g) graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp () melted butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 ⅓ cup (18 ½ oz/ 525g) milk chocolate
¼ cup (4oz/ 112g) butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 cups (12oz) mini Marshmallow
METHOD
1. Make the graham cracker and melted butter together.
2. Press ½ of the mix into a 9x9 square pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Place in the fridge to chill. Set the other ½ aside until the end
For the fudge:
1. Combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a microwavable bowl.
2. Cook for 1.20- 2 minutes or until chocolate is melting.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Remove your prepared cookie crust from the fridge and spread ½ of your fudge mix on
5. Scatter the mini marshmallow on top of the fudge. And then spread the rest of the fudge over the marshmallow
6. Now with your reserved cookie crust, scatter them all over the top and press into the fudge gently so it sticks. Refridgerate until cold and set.
It will keep fresh in the fridge for 3 week. Best eaten at room temperature.
RED VELVET FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
1 can (14oz) of condensed milk
3 ¼ cups (18oz/500g ) white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbps Cocoa
2-3 tsp red dye (preferably gel dye)
½ Cup (225g/4oz) white chocolate
METHOD
1. Line 9x9inch square pan with parchment paper.
2. In a heat proof bowl GENTLY melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for roughly 1.20 -2 minute. My microwave is 1200W so adjust your timing accordingly. Keep a close eye on it, you don’t want it to get too warm or it will get hard and you will have to start again.
3. Gently stir in the other ingredients, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla and red dye. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
5. Melt the white chocolate gently and then drizzle it over the fudge.
6. Chill for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper. Cut into squares.
It will keep fresh in the fridge for 3 week. Best eaten at room temperature.

This is an expensive recipe to make, here in my area the Baker's brand white chocolate costs $4 a six ounce package and the milk is about $3 a can.
My cost (excluding vanilla and food colour) was about $35.
Recipe:
36 oz white chocolate or candy melts (6 oz per colour)
24 oz of sweetened condensed milk (you will need two 14 oz cans, with bit left over.
In my area of the world it is only available in 10 oz cans, so I used 2 and a bit of of a third can.
1 1/2 tsp flavouring (I used vanilla extract)
Food colour (liquid or paste).
Chop up the white chocolate into small pieces place them in a medium sized bowl and add 1/2 cup (125ml) of sweetened condensed milk.
There are recipes online where you can learn how to make your own sweetened condensed milk if you don't have any in the stores where you live.
Microwave on high for 50-60 seconds until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth and add desired amount of food colour and 1/4 tsp of flavouring (I used vanilla extract)
Line a large loaf pan with aluminum foil and pour the first layer into the bottom of the pan.
Tap gently on counter top to spread mixture out and to remove air bubbles.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until surface of the layer is set and dry to the touch (it will still be soft)
Continue with the next 5 layers. After adding the very top layer place the pan in the refrigerator (not freezer this time) and chill for at least 12 hours.
Remove from pan and slice into portions with a sharp knife.
Store this in the refrigerator as it gets very soft and sticky at room temperature.

♡ EASY FUDGE RECIPE ♡
- Make sure you have an adult to supervise you at all times while cooking!
- Uptown Fudge: White Chocolate Fudge w/ Marshmallows
FUDGE RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
3 Tablespoons Butter
2.5 Cups Mini Marshmallows
2.5 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Pink Food Coloring
Directions:
Stir sugar, evaporated milk, and butter together over medium until all ingredients are dissolved and come to a boil. About 5 min.
The perfect fudge forms at 234 degrees.
Remove from heat and add in mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and pink food coloring and stir all together.
Have your parent help you scrape the fudge into a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Place fudge in fridge for 2 hours.
MARSHMALLOW FEDORA
Ingredients:
Black Fondant Icing
White Fondant Icing
Large Marshmallows
Directions:
Use circle cookie cutter to cut 9 circles out of the white fondant icing.
Place one marshmallow in the center of each white fondant icing circle.
Then cut thin strips of black fondant icing and wrap them around where the white icing meets the marshmallow.
Place one on top of each piece of fudge once the fudge is cooled.

This is the easiest recipe you can get for an homemade chocolate fudge. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes, no cooking involved just some chocolate melting and the result is smooth, creamy and ... chocolaty. The main ingredients are sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. You can make a lot of variations by using coffee, nuts, fruits, lavender, orange or lemon zest, and the list can go on.
Ingredients:
Makes about 9-12 servings
14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
10 oz (300 g) bittersweet chocolate (minimum 55% cacao)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped, optional
orange or lemon zest, optional
dried fruits, optional
Directions
1. Line a 8X8 inch baking pan with foil. Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks.
2. Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a double base saucepan, over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and pinch of salt and stir well to combine. Add orange or lemon zest and fruits if used.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to the prepared baking pan. Press the toasted nuts over the top.
4. Let it chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until set, and cut into squares.

Fudge
Fudge is a type of confectionery which is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk, heating it to the soft-ball stage at 240 °F (116 °C), and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency. Fruits, nuts, and candies are sometimes added.
Origins
American-style fudge (containing chocolate) is found in a letter written by Emelyn Battersby Hartridge, a student at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She wrote that her schoolmate's cousin made fudge in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1886 and sold it for 40 cents a pound. Hartridge obtained the fudge recipe and, in 1888, made 30 lb (14 kg) of fudge for the Vassar College Senior Auction. This Vassar fudge recipe became quite popular at the school for years to come.
Word of this popular confectionery spread to other women's colleges. For example, Wellesley College and Smith College have their own versions of a fudge recipe dating from the late 19th or early 20th century.
In the late 19th century, shops on Mackinac Island in Michigan began to produce similar products for summer vacationers. Fudge is still produced in some of the original shops on Mackinac Island and the surrounding area. Mackinac Island Fudge ice cream, a vanilla ice cream with chunks of fudge blended in, is also very common in this region and across the United States.

Bruno Mars
Peter Gene Hernandez (born October 8, 1985), professionally known by his stage name Bruno Mars, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and choreographer. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, by a family of musicians, Mars began making music at a young age and performed in various musical venues in his hometown throughout his childhood. My cost (excluding vanilla and food colour) was about $35. Recipe: 36 oz white chocolate or candy melts (6 oz per colour) 24 oz of sweetened condensed milk (you will need two 14 oz cans, with bit left over. In my area of the world it is only available in 10 oz cans, so I used 2 and a bit of of a third can. 1 1/2 tsp flavouring (I used vanilla extract) Food colour (liquid or paste). Chop up the white chocolate into small pieces place them in a medium sized bowl and add 1/2 cup (125ml) of sweetened condensed milk. There are recipes online where you can learn how to make your own sweetened condensed milk if you don't have any in the stores where you live. Microwave on high for 50-60 seconds until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth and add desired amount of food colour and 1/4 tsp of flavouring (I used vanilla extract) Line a large loaf pan with aluminum foil and pour the first layer into the bottom of the pan. Tap gently on counter top to spread mixture out and to remove air bubbles. Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until surface of the layer is set and dry to the touch (it will still be soft) Continue with the next 5 layers. After adding the very top layer place the pan in the refrigerator (not freezer this time) and chill for at least 12 hours. Remove from pan and slice into portions with a sharp knife. This is the easiest recipe you can get for an homemade chocolate fudge. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes, no cooking involved just some chocolate melting and the result is smooth, creamy and ... chocolaty. The main ingredients are sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. You can make a lot of variations by using coffee, nuts, fruits, lavender, orange or lemon zest, and the list can go on. Ingredients: Makes about 9-12 servings 14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk 10 oz (300 g) bittersweet chocolate (minimum 55% cacao) pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped, optional orange or lemon zest, optional dried fruits, optional Directions 1. Line a 8X8 inch baking pan with foil. Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks. 2. Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a double base saucepan, over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and pinch of salt and stir well to combine. Add orange or lemon zest and fruits if used. 3. Remove from heat and transfer to the prepared baking pan. Press the toasted nuts over the top. 4. Let it chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until set, and cut into squares. Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
This is the easiest recipe you can get for an homemade chocolate fudge. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes, no cooking involved just some chocolate melting and the result is smooth, creamy and ... chocolaty. The main ingredients are sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. You can make a lot of variations by using coffee, nuts, fruits, lavender, orange or lemon zest, and the list can go on. Cookies & Cream Fudge
INGREDIENTS
3 ¼ cup (18 oz/475g) white chocolate
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups (about 20 cookies) crushed chocolate creme-filled sandwich cookies
METHOD
1. Line a 9x9inch square pan with parchment paper,
2. In a heat proof bowl GENTLY melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for rouglhy 1.20 -2 minute. My microwave is 1200W so adjust your time accordingly. Keep a close eye on it, you don’t want it to get too warm it will get hard and you will have to start again.
3. Stir in crushed cookies, reserving some to scatter on the top. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
5. Chill for 6 hours or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper. Cut into squares.
It will keep fresh in the fridge for 3 week. Best eaten at room temperature.
S'MORE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
For the graham cracker crust:
1 1/2 cups (6oz/165g) graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp () melted butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 ⅓ cup (18 ½ oz/ 525g) milk chocolate
¼ cup (4oz/ 112g) butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 cups (12oz) mini Marshmallow
METHOD
1. Make the graham cracker and melted butter together.
2. Press ½ of the mix into a 9x9 square pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Place in the fridge to chill. Set the other ½ aside until the end
For the fudge:
1. Combine chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a microwavable bowl.
2. Cook for 1.20- 2 minutes or until chocolate is melting.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Remove your prepared cookie crust from the fridge and spread ½ of your fudge mix on
5. Scatter the mini marshmallow on top of the fudge. And then spread the rest of the fudge over the marshmallow
6. Now with your reserved cookie crust, scatter them all over the top and press into the fudge gently so it sticks. Refridgerate until cold and set.
It will keep fresh in the fridge for 3 week. Best eaten at room temperature.
RED VELVET FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
1 can (14oz) of condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbps Cocoa
2-3 tsp red dye (preferably gel dye)
½ Cup (225g/4oz) white chocolate
METHOD
1. Line 9x9inch square pan with parchment paper.
2. In a heat proof bowl GENTLY melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for roughly 1.20 -2 minute. My microwave is 1200W so adjust your timing accordingly. Keep a close eye on it, you don’t want it to get too warm or it will get hard and you will have to start again.
3. Gently stir in the other ingredients, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla and red dye. Use a spatula and take care not to over mix, just combine.
4. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

This is an expensive recipe to make, here in my area the Baker's brand white chocolate costs $4 a six ounce package and the milk is about $3 a can.
My cost (excluding vanilla and food colour) was about $35.
Recipe:
36 oz white chocolate or candy melts (6 oz per colour)
24 oz of sweetened condensed milk (you will need two 14 oz cans, with bit left over.
In my area of the world it is only available in 10 oz cans, so I used 2 and a bit of of a third can.
1 1/2 tsp flavouring (I used vanilla extract)
Food colour (liquid or paste).
Chop up the white chocolate into small pieces place them in a medium sized bowl and add 1/2 cup (125ml) of sweetened condensed milk.
There are recipes online where you can learn how to make your own sweetened condensed milk if you don't have any in the stores where you live.
Microwave on high for 50-60 seconds until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth and add desired amount of food colour and 1/4 tsp of flavouring (I used vanilla extract)
Line a large loaf pan with aluminum foil and pour the first layer into the bottom of the pan.
Tap gently on counter top to spread mixture out and to remove air bubbles.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until surface of the layer is set and dry to the touch (it will still be soft)
Continue with the next 5 layers. After adding the very top layer place the pan in the refrigerator (not freezer this time) and chill for at least 12 hours.
Remove from pan and slice into portions with a sharp knife.
Store this in the refrigerator as it gets very soft and sticky at room temperature.

♡ EASY FUDGE RECIPE ♡
- Make sure you have an adult to supervise you at all times while cooking!
- Uptown Fudge: White Chocolate Fudge w/ Marshmallows
FUDGE RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
3 Tablespoons Butter
2.5 Cups Mini Marshmallows
2.5 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon Pink Food Coloring
Directions:
Stir sugar, evaporated milk, and butter together over medium until all ingredients are dissolved and come to a boil. About 5 min.
The perfect fudge forms at 234 degrees.
Remove from heat and add in mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and pink food coloring and stir all together.
Have your parent help you scrape the fudge into a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Place fudge in fridge for 2 hours.
MARSHMALLOW FEDORA
Ingredients:
Black Fondant Icing
White Fondant Icing
Large Marshmallows
Directions:
Use circle cookie cutter to cut 9 circles out of the white fondant icing.
Place one marshmallow in the center of each white fondant icing circle.
Then cut thin strips of black fondant icing and wrap them around where the white icing meets the marshmallow.
Place one on top of each piece of fudge once the fudge is cooled.

This is the easiest recipe you can get for an homemade chocolate fudge. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes, no cooking involved just some chocolate melting and the result is smooth, creamy and ... chocolaty. The main ingredients are sweetened condensed milk and chocolate. You can make a lot of variations by using coffee, nuts, fruits, lavender, orange or lemon zest, and the list can go on.
Ingredients:
Makes about 9-12 servings
14 oz (400 g) sweetened condensed milk
10 oz (300 g) bittersweet chocolate (minimum 55% cacao)
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped, optional
orange or lemon zest, optional
dried fruits, optional
Directions
1. Line a 8X8 inch baking pan with foil. Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks.
2. Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a double base saucepan, over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and pinch of salt and stir well to combine. Add orange or lemon zest and fruits if used.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to the prepared baking pan. Press the toasted nuts over the top.
4. Let it chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until set, and cut into squares.
