Texans fans had their chance to get J.J. Watt's new Reebok shoe Friday.

The "JJ I," which was designed in collaboration with the Texans' star, went on sale Friday. The shoe retails for $99.

As part of a special event for the launch in the Houston area, Reebok's J.J. Mobile Tour made a stop Friday morning at the Academy location at 2404 Southwest Freeway (7-9 a.m.) and will also appear this afternoon at 9470 FM 1960 Bypass in Humble (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and 23155 Katy Freeway in Katy (5-7 p.m.).

Those locations will featured a "J.J. Watt Inspired Mini Combine" for fans to participate in. Watt is not expected to be at the events.

Watt joins Basketball Hall of Famers Shaquille O'Neal, Yao Ming and Allen Iverson as the only athletes to have a Reebok shoe named after him.
