講述的是1931年嘉義農林棒球隊打進日本甲子園決賽的傳奇故事，而由嘉農棒球隊所帶起的棒球旋風也一直持續到2014年的今天。
我並不是個棒球迷，但是這故事真正刺激我的是那不分族群，共同奮戰不放棄的精神，這也是我們台灣當前最需要再被刺激，再要重新尋回的精神價值...

【KANO】描述一群奮戰不懈的野球少年們，朝著夢想前進的熱血故事！故事描述1929年台灣誕生了一支由日本人、台灣人和原住民組成的嘉農棒球隊，在新教練以「進軍甲子園」為目標，用斯巴達式的嚴厲態度訓練球員，原本散漫的球隊在教練一年多的魔鬼訓練與屢屢落敗的刺激下，漸漸激發了球員的求勝意志與前進甲子園的決心。
1931年，嘉農棒球隊一路過關斬將，打敗由日本人所組的常勝冠軍「台北商業隊」，成為首支在濁水溪以南並且贏得全島冠軍的野球隊外，更代 表台灣去日本征戰甲子園，在一望無際的甲子園的草地上，五萬五千名觀眾面前，嘉農球員們奮而不懈的決心與永不放棄的精神感動了現場所有觀眾，不論輸贏，嘉 農已經締造了歷史，不畏懼地勇敢挑戰自我，無形中卻得到真正的勝利。遠遠地，觀眾席上傳來一陣奮力呼喊：「英雄...戰場...天下...嘉農」。

大家都以為台灣棒球的起源是紅葉少棒，但早在日治時期就有一支來自台灣南部的「嘉義農林野球隊」，在不可能的狀況下打進甲子園、甚至進入冠亞軍決賽，讓當時的日本流傳著一句話「英雄戰場‧天下嘉農」，但可惜的是，他們的故事卻鮮少人知。在1931年日本統治台灣時期，嘉農野球隊是第一支打破了過去殖民觀點，首批由大和民族、漢民族、台灣原住民族組成「三族共和」的球隊，說明了「在棒球的世界裡是不分你我的」當一群人擁有一個共同目標時，便能排除隔閡達到互相瞭解、尊重、與包容的團結心。
在劇中，我們透過一個前日本甲子園球員對台灣棒球歲月的緬懷，巧妙的牽動台灣棒球史光榮的一章與成長史的感動。內容除了熱血與扣人心弦的棒球競賽之外，在親情、愛情、友情方面的編寫描述，也能勾起大家共同的記憶，與多數人產生共鳴。
「就算比數落後、只剩最後一顆球，都絕不放棄！」嘉農野球隊就用這樣的精神感動甲子園球場五萬五千名觀眾，更贏得了「英雄戰場、天下嘉農」的美譽。我希望能透過【KANO】這部電影，能讓觀眾進入戲院後找到最純粹的感動以及驕傲。

Kano
Kano is a city in Nigeria and the capital of Kano State in Northern Nigeria, in the Sahelian geographic region south of the Sahara. Kano is the commercial nerve center of Northern Nigeria and is the second largest city in Nigeria after Lagos. According to the 2006 census, Kano is the most populous state in Nigeria, with about 9,383,682 million people. The Kano urban area covers 137 km2 and comprises six local government areas (LGAs) — Kano Municipal, Fagge, Dala, Gwale, Tarauni and Nassarawa — with a population of 2,163,225 at the 2006 Nigerian census. The metropolitan area covers 499 km2 and comprises eight LGAs — the six mentioned above plus Ungogo and Kumbotso — with a population of 2,828,861 at the 2006 Nigerian census.
The principal inhabitants of the city are the Hausa people. As in most parts of northern Nigeria, the Hausa language is widely spoken in Kano. The city is the capital of the Kano Emirate. The current emir, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, was enthroned on 8 June 2014 after the death of Alhaji Ado Bayero, the thirtienth emir of Kano Emirate, on Friday, 6 June 2014. The city's Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, the main airport serving northern Nigeria, was named after politician Aminu Kano.

Wretch 32
Jermaine Scott Sinclair (born 9 March 1985), better known by his stage name Wretch 32 (three-two), is an English rapper and former Grime MC from Tottenham, London where he grew up the son of a local reggae DJ in the Tiverton Estate. He was a member of the grime collective "Combination Chain Gang", before forming The Movement with Scorcher, Ghetts, and Mercston. Wretch released his first single "Traktor" in January 2011.
2009 Mp3 Music Awards announced that Wretch 32 was nominated for an Mp3 Award alongside Chipmunk and Haringey Independent and Channel U / Channel AKA published the story.
On 6 December 2010, the BBC also announced that Wretch 32 had been nominated for the BBC's Sound of 2011 poll and MTV named him as a nominee for MTV Brand New for 2011.
In 2011, Wretch 32 had three top-five charting songs from debut album Black and White and amassed over a million record sales. In 2012 he was used by both Adidas and Coca Cola as one of the main faces of their London 2012 Olympics campaigns and on 1 July 2012 he won 'Best International Act' at the 2012 BET Awards.

Newham Generals
Newham Generals are an English grime crew from East London, currently consisting of MCs D Double E and Footsie and DJ MS1. The crew is named after Newham General Hospital.
They are best known for their singles Frontline, Hard and Like It Or Not as well as their live performances. The group was founded in 2004, after D Double E had a disagreement with fellow members N.A.S.T.Y Crew. The crew made regular appearances on pirate label and released a number of singles on white label vinyl, the group was signed to Dizzee Rascal's Dirtee Stank record label in 2005, after D Double E showed Dirtee Stank a CD of the groups work, and promptly released a mix CD on the label in 2006 entitled The Best of Newham Generals Vol. 1. Founding member Monkstar left the group, and music, in 2007 to follow religion. The group released their debut album Generally Speaking on Dirtee Stank three in April 2009 which was their last release to feature Monkstar and an EP Bag of Grease the following year, as well as various solo projects. Dizzee Rascal idolised D Double E as an MC in his youth.

【KANO】描述一群奮戰不懈的野球少年們，朝著夢想前進的熱血故事！故事描述1929年台灣誕生了一支由日本人、台灣人和原住民組成的嘉農棒球隊，在新教練以「進軍甲子園」為目標，用斯巴達式的嚴厲態度訓練球員，原本散漫的球隊在教練一年多的魔鬼訓練與屢屢落敗的刺激下，漸漸激發了球員的求勝意志與前進甲子園的決心。
1931年，嘉農棒球隊一路過關斬將，打敗由日本人所組的常勝冠軍「台北商業隊」，成為首支在濁水溪以南並且贏得全島冠軍的野球隊外，更代 表台灣去日本征戰甲子園，在一望無際的甲子園的草地上，五萬五千名觀眾面前，嘉農球員們奮而不懈的決心與永不放棄的精神感動了現場所有觀眾，不論輸贏，嘉 農已經締造了歷史，不畏懼地勇敢挑戰自我，無形中卻得到真正的勝利。遠遠地，觀眾席上傳來一陣奮力呼喊：「英雄...戰場...天下...嘉農」。

大家都以為台灣棒球的起源是紅葉少棒，但早在日治時期就有一支來自台灣南部的「嘉義農林野球隊」，在不可能的狀況下打進甲子園、甚至進入冠亞軍決賽，讓當時的日本流傳著一句話「英雄戰場‧天下嘉農」，但可惜的是，他們的故事卻鮮少人知。在1931年日本統治台灣時期，嘉農野球隊是第一支打破了過去殖民觀點，首批由大和民族、漢民族、台灣原住民族組成「三族共和」的球隊，說明了「在棒球的世界裡是不分你我的」當一群人擁有一個共同目標時，便能排除隔閡達到互相瞭解、尊重、與包容的團結心。
在劇中，我們透過一個前日本甲子園球員對台灣棒球歲月的緬懷，巧妙的牽動台灣棒球史光榮的一章與成長史的感動。內容除了熱血與扣人心弦的棒球競賽之外，在親情、愛情、友情方面的編寫描述，也能勾起大家共同的記憶，與多數人產生共鳴。
「就算比數落後、只剩最後一顆球，都絕不放棄！」嘉農野球隊就用這樣的精神感動甲子園球場五萬五千名觀眾，更贏得了「英雄戰場、天下嘉農」的美譽。我希望能透過【KANO】這部電影，能讓觀眾進入戲院後找到最純粹的感動以及驕傲。
