Gorgeous dish that's easy to make. Will make more of the lovely sauce next time I cook this.

Hubby made it, but WOW, it tasted fantastic and was very impressive to both me and our guests... we made it with potatoes, but thought that the bread would have been good to mop up all yummy sauce!

I am not a fantastic cook, and sometimes I find recipes to be confusing and over complicated, and often get things quite wrong! This recipe was so easy to make, and the result was absolutely amazing! I've even memorized the process and am very much looking forward to creating it again for friends and family!

I've been making this dish for 30 odd years, though I have another recipe which I use, but basically it's almost the same. The recipe I have suggests using white sweet seedless grapes, which really takes this dish to a higher level, so if you are unable to get the red grapes, go green, these grapes add just another dimension to the taste buds, and is just as lovely, if not better. Sultana grapes are small, sweet, and seedless, and very tasty, so give them a try, you will not be disappointed...

Couldn't find crimson grapes so swapped them for black seedless. They added a bit of rose tint to the sauce but worked surprisingly well with the rest of the dish. The sweet and salty was a nice combination. Made dinner in 20 minutes.

This thing tastes phenomenal!!!! I'm new to cooking and I found the steps super easy to follow, it feels like it really shouldnt taste that GOOD for the little effort that goes into making it but it does. I just couldnt get a hold of any fresh thyme so i used the stuff you get in a tube and it seems like a great substitute. Man this is easily the greatest thing I have ever cooked!!!
