What does this video teach us about defending ourselves from a knife attack?
1. It’s important to be trained and ready to protect yourself against a knife attack as it is against an attack with a firearm. FBI homicide data says that about 4 times the number of people are killed with handguns as with knives, but since gunshots are about four times more fatal than knife wounds, it means the number of attacks are probably similar! (if you look at the FBI data, hands and feet kill a lot of people, too!) This leads us to the principle that we must be ready for a knife attack that begins at close distance, and have the empty-handed skills to defend ourselves.

The Camillus TAC-2 features an eight inch survival knife and a 3.5inch Stinger fixed blade knife in a nylon sheath. This is a titanium bonded knife with a paracord wrap handle. It has a 4 inch drop point blade. In This video I test the knife like I have tested many others on this channel. First we do some light chopping because the small size of this blade keeps us from any large chopping tasks. Second I will baton wood with this knife and then a short table top review.

Camillus TAC-2 Survival Knife Review / Torture Test
The Camillus TAC-2 features an eight inch survival knife and a 3.5inch Stinger fixed blade knife in a nylon sheath. This is a titanium bonded knife with a paracord wrap handle. It has a 4 inch drop point blade. In This video I test the knife like I have tested many others on this channel. What does this video teach us about defending ourselves from a knife attack?
1. It’s important to be trained and ready to protect yourself against a knife attack as it is against an attack with a firearm. FBI homicide data says that about 4 times the number of people are killed with handguns as with knives, but since gunshots are about four times more fatal than knife wounds, it means the number of attacks are probably similar! (if you look at the FBI data, hands and feet kill a lot of people, too!) This leads us to the principle that we must be ready for a knife attack that begins at close distance, and have the empty-handed skills to defend ourselves.

It has a 4 inch drop point blade. In This video I test the knife like I have tested many others on this channel. First we do some light chopping because the small size of this blade keeps us from any large chopping tasks. Second I will baton wood with this knife and then a short table top review.

Each exploit will be described in detail and how it affected the sandbox.
There is a growing trend in enterprise security practices to decrease the attack surface of vulnerable endpoints through the use of application sandboxing. Many different sandbox environments have been introduced by vendors in the security industry, including OS vendors, and even application vendors. Lack of sandboxing standards has led to the introduction of a range of solutions without consistent capabilities or compatibility and with their own inherent limitations. Moreover some application sandboxes are used by malware analysts to analyze malware and this could impose risks if the sandbox was breached.
This talk will present an in-depth, security focused, technical analysis of the application sandboxing technologies available today. It will provide a comparison framework for different vendor technologies that is consistent, measurable, and understandable by both IT administrators and security specialists. In addition we will explore each of the major commercially available sandbox flavors, and evaluate their ability to protect enterprise data and the enterprise infrastructure as a whole. We will provide an architectural decomposition of sandboxing to highlight its advantages and limitations, and will interweave the discussion with examples of exploit vectors that are likely to be used by sophisticated malware to actively target sandboxes in the future.

BlackBerry prides itself with being a strong contender in the field of secure mobile platforms. While traditionally BlackBerryOS was based on a proprietary RTOS with a JVM propped on top, the architecture was completely overhauled with BlackBerryOS 10. Now the base operating system is the formerly off-the-shelf RTOS QNX, which doesn't exactly have an excellent security track record. Moreover, for the first time in BBOS history, native code applications are allowed on the platform.
This talk will present an analysis of the attack surface of BBOS 10, considering both ways to escalate privileges locally and routes for remote entry. Moreover, since exploitation is only half the work of offense, we'll show ways for rootkits to persist on the device. Last but not least we will settle whether BlackBerry Balance really holds what it promises: are mobile devices really ready to securely separate crucial business data from Angry Birds?

Temperture is 32ºF, Relative Humidity is 35, Elevation is 4900 ft, there is not wind, and I shoot through a Pro Chrono on every shot. Max, Lowest, Average Velocities, Extreme Spread, and Standard Deviation data are provided in the video. I was astonished at the results from some loads. How PTs support technology integration is not understood well because the establishment of the PT as a staff position is recent in schools. Literature on PTs is scarce. The PT role may reflect changes to how schools provide support to technological pedagogical change. As technologies continue to change schools, more schools may consider supporting technology integration through PT staff positions.
This study frames schools as complex adaptive systems. It adopts ecological and networks perspectives to understand innovation. To better understand changes to teaching and learning practices in schools, and the PT's contribution to these changes, this study specifically explores PTs' ego networks in schools. In other words, this study examines to whom the PT is directly connected in the school, and by what events, whether formal or informal. Two PT ego networks in two schools were constructed from unstructured and semi-structured interviews with PTs and other school stakeholders, participant observation at events, and document analysis. One school is an international school in Hong Kong. The other is an international school in Singapore. Data were collected over two years. Data were coded according to individual people, their official school roles, events, and the foci of these events. The study identified relationships between each PT and other people and foci at several points in time. It traces the path of innovations through a PT's network of people and events in a school. The study proposes several degrees and types of PT centrality in school networks based on the path of innovation through a PT ego network. It also recommends specific interaction events and relationships to strengthen PT ego networks and school social networks for technological pedagogical change.
