It shows a perfect spiral movement of thousands of barracudas which seem to be dancing on the notes of an invisible piano. Low quality of the shot due to non professional camera but intense emotions of the shooter (myself).

High school
A high school (also secondary school, senior school, secondary college) is a school that provides adolescents with part or all of their secondary education. It may come after primary school or middle school and be followed by higher education or vocational training.
Terminology
The term "high school" originated in Scotland, with the world's oldest high school being Edinburgh's Royal High School from 1505. The Royal High School was used as a model for the first public high school in the United States, Boston Latin School founded in Boston, Massachusetts.
The precise stage of schooling provided by a high school differs from country to country, and may vary within the same jurisdiction. In all of New Zealand and Malaysia, along with most of Britain and parts of Australia, Bangladesh and Canada, high school means the same thing as secondary school, but instead of starting in 9th grade, these "secondary schools" begin at ages 11 or 12.

In Australia, high school is a secondary school, from Year 7 or Year 8 through to Year 12, varying from state to state. High school immediately follows primary (elementary) school; therefore, a Year-7 Australian high-school student is sometimes as young as 12. In Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory, the term "high school" generally refers to Years 7–10, whereas the term "College" is used for Years 11–12. It shows a perfect spiral movement of thousands of barracudas which seem to be dancing on the notes of an invisible piano. Low quality of the shot due to non professional camera but intense emotions of the shooter (myself).

A recording of a personal practice to help with my ongoing unravelling of a scoliosis that started to 40 years ago at the age of 12 after breaking my knee... As random as it appears, i am working with the spiralling relationships of specific joint articulations that can help remove conflict with the spine, and with opening the long continuous lines of connective tissue that support us during movement, that for all of us, have become compressed here and there through postural and breathing habits... i am never frustrated by not 'getting there' because no matter how many layers of tension I undo (and things have changed phenomenally for me over my 22 years of practice as an adult), there is always another layer to the 'onion' that will need peeling away... and each layer of skin I shed, le...

The dance demonstrates the joy of harmonic movement, the tragedy of heart attack, and the salvation and rebirth by rebuilding the heart through surgery. Update : Wow, 20000 views!? Cool! I put a lot of time into making this vid and this puts a smile on my face. Thanks for spending your time to watch some trippy visualizations! I've learned a lot since making this project. So, next video, I'm looking into graphics card generated pixel processing to do my math for me, which gives me a lot more customization over the effects in the video. Also, making for real time export through the GPU (Or how ever fast it can write the images to disk) instead of a lengthy render process that I went through for this. A recording of a personal practice to help with my ongoing unravelling of a scoliosis that started to 40 years ago at the age of 12 after breaking my knee... As random as it appears, i am working with the spiralling relationships of specific joint articulations that can help remove conflict with the spine, and with opening the long continuous lines of connective tissue that support us during movement, that for all of us, have become compressed here and there through postural and breathing habits... i am never frustrated by not 'getting there' because no matter how many layers of tension I undo (and things have changed phenomenally for me over my 22 years of practice as an adult), there is always another layer to the 'onion' that will need peeling away... and each layer of skin I shed, leads to a new level of freedom in myself as a human being... perhaps one day I will become 'totally' free, whatever that means, but in the meantime I can enjoy the journey and each successive release of the restriction of some veil I have been covering myself with... this recording isn't meant for people to copy, as it was a very personal practice based on my very specific state of mind/body at that particular moment...

The Cardiac Dance | The Spirals of Life combines the exploration of the revolutionary surgical technique which restores normal form and function to the heart.
The dance demonstrates the joy of harmonic movement, the tragedy of heart attack, and the salvation and rebirth by rebuilding the heart through surgery.
Originally presented as a live performance in May of 2007 by the Dance Dept. of the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music, The Cardiac Dance | The Spirals of Life was re-staged in 2008 for the camera and shot with state-of-the-art HD equipment in order to achieve a broader learning exposure in sharing this unique scientific and artistic experience.

I've learned a lot since making this project. So, next video, I'm looking into graphics card generated pixel processing to do my math for me, which gives me a lot more customization over the effects in the video. Also, making for real time export through the GPU (Or how ever fast it can write the images to disk) instead of a lengthy render process that I went through for this.

Visuals :
Math, a ton of basic math; sine, cosine, random, noise functions. Overlapping frequencies and animated changing amplitudes of wave stuffs.
Basically, all of that stuff where you asked, "When am I ever going to use this?" in math class back in middle and high school.
It's all After Effects this time. Added math expressions to video filter effects. Easy set up, long render time. I learned exporting to image sequence is far more efficient than working in larger video chunks (10-15 minute chunks)
Since I like things that spiral, I'm going to be making some more videos in this "Spiral Lock" series with this circular mentality.
Took me a month to make this, and the export times were hitting upwards of 72 hours to export.... Too much maths...

Everyone's idea of mandala / hypnotic / trippy / meditative / relaxing / party environment / hallucinatory visuals marches to a different drummer's beat.
