Our Community

At Facebook, we build products to connect the world, and this means we need a team that understands and reflects a broad range of experience, thought, geography, age, background, gender, sexual orientation, language, culture and many other characteristics. To achieve our mission of making the world more open and connected, diversity is a must-have, not an option. One way we support and strengthen diversity at Facebook is through Employee Resource Groups, they are influential networks of people who share similar values of supporting and encouraging diversity.
