'MANTO' is a Pakistani biographical drama film based on the life of Pakistani short-story writer Sadat Hassan Manto, starring Sarmad Sultan Khoosat in the title role.
Directed by Sarmad Khoosat himself while produced by Babar Javed and written by Shahid Nadeem. It's screenplay was adapted from Manto's short stories particularly Thanda Gosht, Madari, License, Hatak and Peshawar Se Lahore, it also depicts his relationship with singer-actress Noor Jehan.

Minto ISIS Terror Attack: "When the police arrived, he turned his attention to the police" - Andy Thorton - Minto resident.
"We will be alleging before court that this was an act inspired by ISIS, it was a deliberate act, it resulted in a person receiving extremely serious injuries. We know that this person has strong extremist beliefs inspired by ISIS. We will allege that he was going to attack them (the officers) also" - NSW Deputy Police Commissioner Catherine Burns.
Statement: Joint Counter Terrorism Team officers have charged a man with committing a terrorist act and attempted murder after another man was stabbed in Minto yesterday afternoon. Emergency services were called to Ohlfsen Road, Minto, about 4pm (Saturday 10 September 2016), where it is alleged a 59-year-old man was stabbed a number of times while walking through a reserve. He suffered serious injuries to his body and hands and remains in hospital in a critical condition. When police from Macquarie Fields arrived at the scene, attempts were allegedly made to stab an officer through a window before a 22-year-old man was placed under arrest. A large knife was seized for forensic examination and the man was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station. The Joint Counter Terrorism Team, comprising the NSW Police Force and the Australian Federal Police, has been investigating the incident together with Macquarie Fields Local Area Command. The victim and the other man were not known to each other. The 22-year-old man was this morning charged with Commit Terrorist Act (Section 101.1 – Criminal Code Act (Cth) 1995), and Attempted Murder (Section 27 – Crimes Act (NSW) 1900). He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Sunday 11 September 2016). Police would like to reassure the community there is no ongoing threat in relation to this incident. Anyone with information should always come forward no matter how small or insignificant you may think that may be. The National Security Hotline is 1800 123400.

Benny Hill
Alfred Hawthorne Hill (21 January 1924 – 20 April 1992), known by his stage name Benny Hill, was an English comedian and actor, best remembered for his long-running internationally popular television programme The Benny Hill Show.
Early life
Alfred Hawthorne Hill was born on 21 January 1924 in Southampton, on the south coast of England. His father, Alfred, and grandfather, Henry, had both been circus clowns. After leaving school, Hill worked at Woolworths, as a milkman, a bridge operator, a driver and a drummer before becoming assistant stage manager with a touring review. He was called up in 1942 and trained as a mechanic in the British Army. Saw action as a mechanic, truck driver and searchlight operator in Normandy after September 1944 and later transferred to the Combined Services Entertainment division before the end of the war.
Inspired by the "star comedians" of British music hall shows, Hill set out to make his mark in show business. For the stage, he changed his first name to "Benny" in homage to his favourite comedian, Jack Benny.

Emergency services were called to Ohlfsen Road, Minto, about 4pm (Saturday 10 September 2016), where it is alleged a 59-year-old man was stabbed a number of times while walking through a reserve. He suffered serious injuries to his body and hands and remains in hospital in a critical condition. When police from Macquarie Fields arrived at the scene, attempts were allegedly made to stab an officer through a window before a 22-year-old man was placed under arrest. A large knife was seized for forensic examination and the man was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station. The Joint Counter Terrorism Team, comprising the NSW Police Force and the Australian Federal Police, has been investigating the incident together with Macquarie Fields Local Area Command. The victim and the other man were not known to each other. The 22-year-old man was this morning charged with Commit Terrorist Act (Section 101.1 – Criminal Code Act (Cth) 1995), and Attempted Murder (Section 27 – Crimes Act (NSW) 1900). He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Sunday 11 September 2016). Police would like to reassure the community there is no ongoing threat in relation to this incident. Anyone with information should always come forward no matter how small or insignificant you may think that may be. The National Security Hotline is 1800 123400.
