Proverbs 8:36 - "For those who find me find life and receive favor from the
Lord. But those who fail to find me (God) harm themselves; all who hate me love death.” - God
Yahweh Jesus Christ of
Israel.
Muslims frequently affirm how much they love death like our enemies love life and death is our goal. - Devoted Muslims.
To all our Muslim friends,
Please read the book of
John in the
Holy Bible to know Jesus Christ.
From Darkness to Light:
As a Muslim imam,
Mario Joseph was well-versed in the Koran and in the teachings of the
Islamic religion. In fact, it was precisely the Koran that brought him to an encounter with Jesus Christ and with the truth of the
Christian faith. But his conversion did not come without difficulties, and because of it, he has undergone grave persecution.
Koran -
Sura 10:94 - And if thou (
Muhammad) art in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto thee, then question those who read the
Scripture (that was) before thee.
Verily the
Truth from thy Lord hath come unto thee. So be not thou of the waverers.
John 1:
1-6 -
In the beginning was the
Word (the mind of God) and the Word was with God (Jesus Christ) and the Word was God (
Eternal).
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him, (Jesus Christ) and without him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
John 1:14 - And the Word was made flesh (Jesus Christ) and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the
Father, (Jesus Christ
Son of God) full of grace and truth.
John 1:17-18 - For the law was given by
Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 10:27-30 -
Jesus Says - "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.”
You cannot know God unless you first know and follow Jesus Christ.
The believer is made acceptable before God when he trusts in Jesus Christ, and he stands before the Lord in perfect righteousness, clothed in “the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth”
The whole purpose of the
Old Testament, reflected pointedly in the law of Moses, was to show man how spiritually and morally destitute and powerless he is in himself. The law was not meant to show men how they could work their way into God’s favor but to show them how impossible it is to live up to God’s holy standards by their own resources.
The cross represents suffering that is ours because of our relationship to
Christ.
Jesus Christ does not call disciples to Himself to make their lives easy and prosperous, but to make them holy and productive.
“If anyone serves Me,”
Jesus said, “let him follow Me; and where
I am, there shall My servant also be; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him” (John 12:26).
Matthew 16:24-28 - Jesus Speaking - Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the
Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. “Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom.”
John 14:6 - Jesus Says, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
