William Charles "Bill" DeMott II (born November 10, 1966) is an American semi-retired professional wrestler and road agent. He is best known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) as Hugh Morrus and World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E) under his real name. DeMott also performed as Crash the Terminator in both Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and Japan. He was most recently the head trainer for WWE's developmental system NXT until his resignation in 2015 following allegations of misconduct, which he denied.
Generally used as a jobber to the stars in WCW, he attained championship success during the promotion's dying days in late 2000 and early 2001, holding the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship twice and the WCW World Tag Team Championship once with Alex Wright. After an unsuccessful stint as a performer in WWE, DeMott retired from in-ring competition and transitioned into the role of a trainer for the company's Tough Enough program, on which he became known for using a rough, controversial style in handling trainees, as well as WWE's developmental territories Deep South Wrestling, Florida Championship Wrestling and NXT.

Safe to say that
you missed the point
of all your favorite lines
you don’t stand for anything at all
rather than take the time
to learn to do it right
just sell yourself and lie
because to you it’s all the same
if your only claim to fame
is the names you drop
your word’s not worth
the breath it took to
spit it out
from the clothes you wear
to the car you drive
to the company you keep
they’re all just worthless commodities
hear what you’re telling me
but I’m not everybody else
we’ve seen it all before
we’re not impressed
but what did you expect
All the nights spent searching for
new ways to seem more interesting
and it’s all just gleaned from magazines
of someone else’s life
Find your own personality
a heavy dose of humility
and you might not be a joke
to everyone around you
you’re so “this year”
where will the trend stop
I’m not everybody else
