Rules for voting:
1. The next medley is Miniboss themes. This is one I've wanted to do since the very beginning but the trick was where to draw the line. I think the defining factor here is the only votes that will count will be for songs that play for particularly harder enemies than normal without being obviously a boss or final boss. In a lot of games this song plays multiple times for different mini-bosses and minibosses rarely have individual songs. If there is a case where the miniboss has his own theme but can be argued to not actually be a full fledged boss then it's allowed, but try to stay away from themes that are individual to a specific enemy.
2. No voting twice. That would be unfair to everyone else voting once. multiple votes in a comment, I'll only count the first thing you say and if you use multiple comments to vote, none of them will count.
3. Keep it in the format "#MB (Game Title) Song Name". If the #MB is elsewhere in the comment or not in at all, your vote may not count. These votes are counted manually so please be nice! :c

This was an intense song to lay down. When streaming, we blasted all of the recording in only 4-5 days which is very tough for recording a 7.5 minute medley while also talking to chat and trying to beat sundown (which I didn't on a lot of the tracks, sorry for darkness on some takes!). These medleys are so cool to do in so many ways. It feels like a study in a lot of ways in fact, getting to see which franchises really rule in a category and what makes a good song for that area of the game. Thanks so much for participating on this project! Still quite a few more to go!

Overworld
An overworld is, in a broad sense, an area within a video game that interconnects all its levels or locations. They are mostly common in role-playing games, though this does not exclude other video game genres.
Overworlds generally feature a top-down view or a third-person perspective of the fictional world within the game. It often contains varied terrain (including caves, mountains, forests, and bodies of water) and a collection of towns and other locations (most commonly dungeons or levels). When the party enters one of these locations the world map display may remain on the screen, be replaced by the local geography, or be hidden until the party exits the location. In many games, the player is able to travel on the world map; in other games, the player uses the world map to select their next location. Typically, a dungeon houses a host of enemies, while a town usually is safe. In some games, there are a series of world maps. Some games allow the player to view only a portion of the world map at the beginning of the game, with new locations becoming visible as the game progresses, whereas other games show the entire world map from the beginning.

The next medley is Miniboss themes. This is one I've wanted to do since the very beginning but the trick was where to draw the line. I think the defining factor here is the only votes that will count will be for songs that play for particularly harder enemies than normal without being obviously a boss or final boss. In a lot of games this song plays multiple times for different mini-bosses and minibosses rarely have individual songs. 1. The next medley is Miniboss themes. This is one I've wanted to do since the very beginning but the trick was where to draw the line. I think the defining factor here is the only votes that will count will be for songs that play for particularly harder enemies than normal without being obviously a boss or final boss. In a lot of games this song plays multiple times for different mini-bosses and minibosses rarely have individual songs. If there is a case where the miniboss has his own theme but can be argued to not actually be a full fledged boss then it's allowed, but try to stay away from themes that are individual to a specific enemy.
2. No voting twice. That would be unfair to everyone else voting once. multiple votes in a comment, I'll only count the first thing you say and if you use multiple comments to vote, none of them will count.
3. Keep it in the format "#MB (Game Title) Song Name". If the #MB is elsewhere in the comment or not in at all, your vote may not count. These votes are counted manually so please be nice! :c

This was an intense song to lay down. When streaming, we blasted all of the recording in only 4-5 days which is very tough for recording a 7.5 minute medley while also talking to chat and trying to beat sundown (which I didn't on a lot of the tracks, sorry for darkness on some takes!). These medleys are so cool to do in so many ways. It feels like a study in a lot of ways in fact, getting to see which franchises really rule in a category and what makes a good song for that area of the game. Inspired by various channels, specially by TactiturnArtist's, I decided to create my own compilation of Final Fantasy themes, a playlist inside a video if you will.
I started with an Overworld compilation because I couldn't find a proper one.

When Owlboy first started making waves nine years ago, indie games were barely even A Thing. Games like Minecraft and League of Legends hadn’t even begun to take over the world. Netflix was still a DVD-by-mail service ... I find Owlboy almost funny in that it’s a retro throwback game — think side-scrolling platformer mechanics paired with Zelda-esque overworld and dungeon structure — that really does come from a different time ... Your units are represented in scale on the map, meaning every one consists of dozens (or sometimes hundreds) of little dudes running around the overworld in real time, and when they fight, they duke it out right there ... This never gets old ... It also means that moving units on the overworld takes an unusual amount of skill and strategy, because you execute ambushes and flanks on the map itself (see below), not on a battle screen ...
