Nei tutorial precedenti abbiamo visto come portare i colpi, sia a vuoto che al sacco; in questo tutorial andiamo a combinare varie tipologie di colpi, all’inizio tutti a lunga distanza, successivamente sia a lunga che a breve distanza. Ricordo che la guardia nel tutorial è per persone destre, per i mancini risulta specchiato.
Consigli
Provate ripetutamente queste combinazioni e concentratevi sul portare correttamente i colpi; questo, infatti, risulta un allenamento importante più dal punto di vista tecnico che da quello aerobico. Provate prima a corpo libero (a vuoto), poi provate con il sacco. Iniziate l’allenamento con colpi lenti e man mano che ve la sentite provate a migliorare esplosività, forza e velocità dei colpi stessi. Dovete sentire in contatto nocche-sacco!
I ganci e i montanti, soprattutto per i principianti, vanno portati a breve distanza.
Materiale
Utilizzate bende, guanti da sacco (o da 10 once) e un sacco.

Sacco is a town and comune in the province of Salerno in the Campania region of south-western Italy. As of 2011, its population was 582.
Geography
Located in the central-eastern area of Cilento and near the Alburni mountain range, the municipality borders with Corleto Monforte, Laurino, Piaggine, Roscigno and Teggiano. It has no hamlets (frazioni). The town is located near the spring of the river Sammaro.

Nei tutorial precedenti abbiamo visto come portare i colpi, sia a vuoto che al sacco; in questo tutorial andiamo a combinare varie tipologie di colpi, all’inizio tutti a lunga distanza, successivamente sia a lunga che a breve distanza. Ricordo che la guardia nel tutorial è per persone destre, per i mancini risulta specchiato.
Consigli
Provate ripetutamente queste combinazioni e concentratevi sul portare correttamente i colpi; questo, infatti, risulta un allenamento importante più dal punto di vista tecnico che da quello aerobico. Provate prima a corpo libero (a vuoto), poi provate con il sacco. Iniziate l’allenamento con colpi lenti e man mano che ve la sentite provate a migliorare esplosività, forza e velocità dei colpi stessi. Dovete sentire in contatto nocche-sacco!
