Scott Kelby (born July 7, 1960 in Lakeland, Florida) is an American photographer and an author and publisher of periodicals dealing with photography and Adobe Photoshop software, specifically for design professionals, photographers, and artists.
Scott Kelby is editor and publisher of the Photoshop User Magazine, president and co-founder of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and president of Kelby Media Group, an Oldsmar, Florida-based software training, education, and publishing firm.
