Get a glimpse of Day 4 and Cannes Lions, with insights from Will Smith, Anna Wintour, Usher and Wendy Clark.
http://tourvideos.com/ Cannes is one of the most legendary towns along the French Riviera, famous for the International Film Festival held in May and home to several super-deluxe luxury hotels fronting on a long sandy beach. But surprisingly, the main shopping area and old section are down-to-earth, with normal prices and a friendly atmosphere. Touring strategies can be summed up in a nutshell: walk from the train station to the waterfront, stroll along the shore to the Old Town, eat and shop, then meander back to the station through the pedestrian area. It's an easy four-block walk from the train station to the shore where you can have a peek at the high life exemplified in the extraordinary hotel palaces lining the grand Boulevard de la Croisette. Nobody will stop you from walking through their lobbies and perhaps pausing for some refreshments.
Just beyond the marina on the other side of the Film Festival Hall, you will reach the Old Town of Cannes, easily be missed by those hesitant to walk uphill, but don't be dissuaded. Called "le Suquet," this simple neighborhood is a welcome counterpoint to the ostentatious display of wealth down below.
A central lane, Rue Meynadier, is for pedestrians only and runs for about a mile towards the train station, which is where you'll be heading shortly to continue the day's journey. There are plenty of souvenir shops and all variety of merchandise for sale on these busy main streets of Cannes. When you have finally finished your visit to this beautiful city, walk over to the train station and resume your journey.

She is among the fashion and showbiz worlds' new brand of supermodel sweetheart.
So Bella Hadid made sure she was true to her title as she turned the red carpet into her very own runway while joining her fellow supermodels at the Unknown Girl premiere during Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday evening.
The 19-year-old beauty stole the show in an extremely racy red Alexandre Vauthier silk wrap gown which showed off every inch of her phenomenal frame while blatantly exhibited her choice to forgo underwear during her turn at the star-studded soiree.
The stunning star pulled her very best poses - exhibiting her perfected model glare - as she showed off her endless legs, perky cleavage and willowy limbs. Her dress was slashed in a number of places - putting her at high risk of baring more than she hoped for.
A delicate spaghetti halterneck hung from a triangle cup which was part of a wrap around waistline. Bella's dress then extended into a slinky skirt which featured a lengthy train alongside the sexy split.
Her perky bust was on show from every angle with sideboob and cleavage on show from the plunging neckline. She added height to her already statuesque frame with the addition of stunning strappy heels, with a triple strap framing her feet.
Bella added dazzling sophistication to the risque look with the help of her stunning tear drop shaped diamond earrings - weight down with a heavy smattering of glimmering stones. She was also dripping with jewels from her fingers and wrists.
Although potentially missed due to her look from the neck down, Bella was showing off a newly cut fringe, which tickled her almond shaped eyes and framed her flawless bone structure to perfection. Her raven tresses add to the gothic vibes for which she is known.
Bella is the sister of fellow model Gigi Hadid, although the sibling's looks are in stark contrast with older sister Gigi boasting a California girl demeanor while her younger counterpart is all about smoking, brooding looks.
Despite storming a star-studded red carpet, Bella kept her beauty regimen relatively laid-back - allowing her gown to speak for itself - as she sported a delicately smudged eyeliner alongside a deep pink pout.
She's taken the crown at Cannes over the last couple of days, and Bella Hadid is once again making waves on the red carpet this evening at 'The Unknown Girl' premiere.
Showing off her enviable figure in a daring slinky red dress with plunging neckline and thigh high split, Bella was leaving little too the imagination in this number. Red is always a definite show stopper but add in both cleavage and leg and you've got a seriously sexy look. We're not sure if anyone else is going to top this one tonight! Cannes
Cannes (French: [kan], English /ˈkæn/, in Occitan Canas) is a city located on the French Riviera. It is a commune of France located in the Alpes-Maritimes department, and host city of the annual Cannes Film Festival, Midem, and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The city is known for its association with the rich and famous, its luxury hotels and restaurants, and for several conferences. On 3 November 2011 it also played host to the G20 organisation of industrialised nations.
History
By the 2nd century BC the Ligurian Oxybii established a settlement here known as Aegitna (Αίγιθνα in ancient greek). Historians are unsure what the name means. The area was a fishing village used as a port of call between the Lérins Islands.
In 69 AD it became the scene of violent conflict between the troops of Otho and Vitellius.
In the 10th century the town was known as Canua. The name may derive from "canna," a reed. Canua was probably the site of a small Ligurian port, and later a Roman outpost on Le Suquet hill, suggested by Roman tombs discovered here. Le Suquet housed an 11th-century tower which overlooked swamps where the city now stands. Most of the ancient activity, especially protection, was on the Lérins Islands and the history of Cannes is closely tied to the history of the islands.

Called "le Suquet," this simple neighborhood is a welcome counterpoint to the ostentatious display of wealth down below.
A central lane, Rue Meynadier, is for pedestrians only and runs for about a mile towards the train station, which is where you'll be heading shortly to continue the day's journey. There are plenty of souvenir shops and all variety of merchandise for sale on these busy main streets of Cannes. When you have finally finished your visit to this beautiful city, walk over to the train station and resume your journey.

So Bella Hadid made sure she was true to her title as she turned the red carpet into her very own runway while joining her fellow supermodels at the Unknown Girl premiere during Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday evening.
The 19-year-old beauty stole the show in an extremely racy red Alexandre Vauthier silk wrap gown which showed off every inch of her phenomenal frame while blatantly exhibited her choice to forgo underwear during her turn at the star-studded soiree.
The stunning star pulled her very best poses - exhibiting her perfected model glare - as she showed off her endless legs, perky cleavage and willowy limbs. Her dress was slashed in a number of places - putting her at high risk of baring more than she hoped for.
A delicate spaghetti halterneck hung from a triangle cup which was part of a wrap around waistline. Bella's dress then extended into a slinky skirt which featured a lengthy train alongside the sexy split.
Her perky bust was on show from every angle with sideboob and cleavage on show from the plunging neckline. She added height to her already statuesque frame with the addition of stunning strappy heels, with a triple strap framing her feet.
Bella added dazzling sophistication to the risque look with the help of her stunning tear drop shaped diamond earrings - weight down with a heavy smattering of glimmering stones. She was also dripping with jewels from her fingers and wrists.
Although potentially missed due to her look from the neck down, Bella was showing off a newly cut fringe, which tickled her almond shaped eyes and framed her flawless bone structure to perfection. Her raven tresses add to the gothic vibes for which she is known.
Bella is the sister of fellow model Gigi Hadid, although the sibling's looks are in stark contrast with older sister Gigi boasting a California girl demeanor while her younger counterpart is all about smoking, brooding looks.
Despite storming a star-studded red carpet, Bella kept her beauty regimen relatively laid-back - allowing her gown to speak for itself - as she sported a delicately smudged eyeliner alongside a deep pink pout.
She's taken the crown at Cannes over the last couple of days, and Bella Hadid is once again making waves on the red carpet this evening at 'The Unknown Girl' premiere.

Kashmir violence: Toll reaches 15, curfew imposed

SRINAGAR. Curfew was imposed in Kashmir Valley on Sunday to maintain the law and order situation after 15 protesters were killed in violent clashes with security forces on Saturday, officials said. The Amarnath Yatra has been suspended for the second consecutive day on Sunday. Kashmir divisional commissioner Asgar Hussain Samoon told reporters that curfew has been imposed in the entire valley from midnight to maintain law and order....
