Opportunities and pitfalls abound for both alcoholic drinks and tobacco in partnership with the legal cannabis industry in the United States. The legal cannabis industry account for US$7 billion in 2015, and only a few states have legalized recreational use. Although legislation and regulations would most certainly play a heavy role in federal legalization, both alcoholic drinks and tobacco are keeping an eye on the industry which is only in its infancy in the US.
기관들 해외부동산 투자 봇물 터졌다…작년에만 8조원 넘어 Korean firms and agencies are increasingly turning away from stocks and bonds to the foreign real estate market. According to real estate investment manager CBRE Korea, local agencies invested over seven billion U.S. dollars on overseas properties in 2015. That's over 25 times the corresponding figure in 2007. Overseas real estate investment has been on a rapid increase since 2011, with the figure more than doubling from the previous year in 2015. The National Pension Service and Mirae Asset Financial Group are two big spenders, having spent about 14 billion dollars and over four billion dollars respectively. Analysts say the surge is due mainly to slow growth and low rates in Korea, and the uptrend is expected to continue. Visit ‘Arirang News’ Official Pa...

Boeing Sikorsky RAH 66 Comanche *** DEMONSTRATION The Boeing–Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche was an advanced five-blade armed reconnaissance and attack helicopter designed for the United States Army. The RAH-66 program was canceled in 2004, before mass production began, after nearly US$7 billion was spent on the program. During the early 1980s, the U.S. Army began formulating a requirement for the replacement of its helicopters then in service, resulting in the Light Helicopter Experimental program. In 1991, the Boeing–Sikorsky team was chosen to produce prototypes. The Comanche would incorporate stealth technologies, featuring a number of designs previously untried. It was to employ advanced sensors in its reconnaissance role, and was intended to designate targets for the AH-64 Apache. The aircr...

You can now run Python 3.4 on microcontrollers that cost less than a cup of coffee (in a up-market Parisian restaurant :) MicroPython (http://www.micropython.org/) is a very active port of Python 3 to low-end microcontrollers with minimal RAM (eg. 192k RAM, yes: "k", as in kilobytes) but lots of useful I/O. Learn how to set up a very cheap microcontroller with wifi and a range of I/O and then program it with MicroPython. The live demos are guaranteed to fail in spectacular ways as all live demos do, but will hopefully show enough blinking lights to tempt you to leave your i7 hyperthreaded clusters and join the cute but very practical world of cheap, embedded Python.

We are all security stock worth around US$7 million based on the bond floated at our birth. Robert Menard has begun deciphering the complex path towards reclaiming these millions, by attempting to exchange the birth certificate for the security certificate...
(Verse1)
Where's life led me
Have I ended up somewhere
That I'll soon to be
Regretting
Cause my heart was heavy
But right now it doesn't
Feel at all like I'm back
From the past
And these places and
Faces in front of me(oh)
How they look so familiar(so familiar)
But somehow on my journey
I ended up somewhere
I feel I belong
(Chorus)
Feels like I walked a million miles
So far away,So many trials
Happy to see with open eyes
So good to be
Back from alone
Didn't realized the missing piece
Me all along but now I see
And you're still waiting here for me
So good to be
Back from alone
(Verse2)
I could tell you stories
And looking back I could see things coming
But it must have been meant for me
No sacrifice no glory
I admit it gave a little more
Than I really had
But its for the best now
Sometimes getting back what you
want takes some heartaches, sense and
Some letdowns
I feel so refreshed now
But the difference this time it will last
No going back
Couldn't figure it out for the life of me(Why)
Why I always felt out of place there(out of place there)
Where I never felt quite as comfortable
Now I see that I made it home
(See that I made it home)
(Chorus)
Feels like I walked a million miles
So far away,So many trials
Happy to see with open eyes
So good to be
Back from alone(Back from alone)
Didn't realized the missing piece
Me all along but now I see
And you're still waiting here for me(Here for me)
So good to be(So good to be)
Back from alone
(Verse3)
Been away,Too long
I've forgot how good it feels
To be back to what is real
I wish I had never left
No more pain,No more tears
I'm just glad that I'm back again
All the places have come and gone
But so glad to be
Back from alone
(Chorus)
Feels like I walked a million miles
So far away,So many trials(yeah,yeah)
Happy to see(yeah, yeah) with open eyes
So good to be(So good to be)
(Yeah,Yeah)Back from alone
Didn't realized the missing piece
Me all along but now I see(now i see)
And you're still waiting here for me(So good to be)
So good to be
(ohh)Back from alone
Heyyy
Yeah,yeah,
