1 0.50% home loan discount offer terms and conditions
A 0.50% p.a. discount is offered off the variable reference rate for Basic Home Loans where the primary loan purpose at application is owner occupied and where the loan amount is less than or equal to 80% of the value of your property (“LVR”). Available to you as a Union member on new home loan applications received between 7-Mar-16 and 30-Jun-16 and settled by 30-Sep-2016. The discount applies for so long as you have a Basic Home Loan and you remain an owner occupier. It is not available for internal refinances, top ups or variations of existing ME home loans.
