A new dining experience is available at the Radisson Blu Resort’s latest addition – Chantara Restaurant.

Meaning “moon water” in Thai, Chantara has a majestic set-up in the beautiful surroundings on the lobby level. The restaurant offers an impressive deck area with a panoramic view of the resort’s waterfall feature and landscaped gardens.

Not only that simple choice but other eateries available at the Resort include Lomani Wai, BLU Restaurant and Bar, Neptunes, and Signature Tables.

With beachside, ocean view dining sets the stage for memorable meals.

Whether you are craving fresh, local seafood coupled with refreshing cocktails, Asian-inspired dishes, gourmet pizzas or a fine steak with a glass of wine, the five on-site restaurants and bars include a variety of options to satisfy your appetite.

Or perhaps for a special night out that is different and unique, Lomani Wai, Fijian for “in the water,” is the place to try during your stay. As you dine at the Resort’s lagoon pool, treated to a three-course dinner experience, your feet dangle in the water.

BLU Restaurant & Bar also known as all-day dining restaurant which will never leave you hungry. It offers a menu that includes fresh, light meals like grilled homemade breads, seafood and Asian-inspired tom yam kung and Indo-Fijian king prawn curry.

Themed evening buffets, all with a strong influence of seasonal, local products are also available.
