This is for all natural, relaxed, white and black!!! Basic guideline - start with a god trim - take a picture of your hair after the trim - wash/cleanse your hair 1x per week if your wearing braids or sewin once ever 2 weeks - deep condition after every shampoo for 30 use a hood dryer, hot towel, steamer, rinse + leave in conditioner style - always blot hair with a tee shirt to dry - moisturize/ massage scalp 3x a week with castor oils / or castor oil blend - no heat - if you are relaxed stretch your relaxer as long as you can minimal 10 weeks - take a hair growth aid ie, biotin, hair skin and nails vitamin, Mane Choice, Hairfinity. - always protect your hair at night I suggest a silk/satin scarf or bonnet with out exposed elastic - eat healthy - drink plenty of water What is a protective style how long should you wear them: A hairstyle that requires minimal manipulation of your hair especially your ends. ie: crochet / hook braids, tree braids, any braid even a French braid, buns, Sewins, wigs, twist, mini twist, kinky twist and twist...a twist out that is not retwisted for 3 days( do these minimally) no weaves with glue!!!
