Elizabeth (Beth) Marshall QC (born September 7, 1951) is a Canadian politician and member of the Senate.
From 2003 to 2010, she represented the riding of Topsail in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly as a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Newfoundland and Labrador. On January 29, 2010, she was summoned to the Senate of Canada as a Conservative member.
Marshall has 23 years of experience in the provincial public service. She was Auditor General of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1992 to 2002, and was succeeded in that position by John Noseworthy. She has served in several other senior positions including Deputy Minister of Social Services and Deputy Minister of Works, Services, and Transportation.
Marshall was born in Stephenville Crossing and received her early education in St. Lawrence, Corner Brook, and Grand Falls-Windsor. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Math) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and she has been a chartered accountant since 1979. She is married to businessperson Stan Marshall, and they reside in Topsail.

Plot: A Gothic soap opera that took place on a small Caribbean island, Strange Paradise featured the occult in the story of wealthy but cursed Jean Paul Desmond who resided in his castle Maljardin with his servants Raxl, a voodoo priestess, and Quito, a mute strongman. When the series began, he was mourning the deaths of his wife Erica and their unborn child. His desire to bring his wife back to life resulted in more tragedy. Eventually Maljardin burned down and the action moved to Desmond Hall, the family home somewhere in the United States, and many new characters were introduced.
