Nato leaders begin a two-day summit in Warsaw on Friday and topping the agenda will be the question of how to deal with a resurgent Russia.
The Western alliance is expected to announce the deployment of four battalions to the Baltic States and Poland, in response to what it views as the threat posed by Moscow.
But Russia claims that if anyone is threatening security in Europe right now, it's Nato.
Moscow correspondent Steve Rosenberg spoke to Russia's ambassador to Nato, Alexander Grushko.
