Damian Robert Chapa (born October 29, 1963) is an American actor, film director and producer.
Chapa was born in Dayton, Ohio. His father was Mexican and Italian, and his mother is of Cherokee and German ancestry.
Chapa played the part of evangelist Leroy Jenkins in the 2002 film The Calling. Perhaps his most notable film role is that of Miklo Velka in Taylor Hackford's Blood In Blood Out. He appeared as Ken in Raúl Juliá's final film Street Fighter, based on the video game Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. Damian Chapa is the only person to have ever played Roman Polanski and Marlon Brando. In 2011 Damian Chapa was arrested in Madrid and later transferred to a Munich jail to await a court appearance on a charge of the alleged rape of former girlfriend Roxanna Foell. He was subsequently released and exonerated in September 2011 after being held in custody for seven weeks. Chapa was paid 2000 Euro by the Bavarian state of Germany as he was wrongful arrested. Chapa has apparently since filed a $1.3 million lawsuit for damages against Foell.
María de la Paz Elizabeth Sofía Adriana de la Huerta (born September 3, 1984), known by her stage name Paz de la Huerta, is an American actress and model. De la Huerta is notable for her roles in the films The Cider House Rules (1999), A Walk to Remember (2002), Choke (2008), Enter the Void (2009), and Nurse 3D (2013), and for her role as Lucy Danziger in the HBO drama series Boardwalk Empire.
De la Huerta was raised by her mother, along with her older sister, Rafaela de la Paz (born November 5, 1981), in the New York City neighborhood of SoHo, located in the Lower Manhattan area. Her parents are Íñigo de la Huerta y Ozores, the Spanish XVII Duke of Mandas and Villanueva, (born November 17, 1944, in San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain) and Judith Bruce (born October 23, 1946, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States). De la Huerta was born with recurrent cystic hygroma under her arm, which she has had treated with multiple surgeries. Her mother worked as an authority on birth control and women's issues in Third World countries. She attended private Saint Ann's School in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, with fellow student and future fashion designer, Zac Posen, for whom she has since modeled. She also attended the performing arts camp Buck's Rock. De la Huerta spent summers with her father in Spain while attending high school.
