As we all know, any Battery or EV is hot on this market joining all the winners like Romeo, QuantumScape. Every battery SPAC so far was a huge success but this one started to trade like it would not have the same potential. So we will talk about if this SPAC is under the radar and potential BUY or if it is of fair value.
FREYR is developing environmentally friendly lithium-ion batteries in Norway. FREYR has plans to supply high energy density and cost-competitive clean batteries for rapidly growing markets.

Class D personnel are expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and are not allowed to come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates convicted of violent crimes, especially those on death row. In times of duress, Protocol 12 may be enacted, which allows recruitment from other sources — such as political prisoners, refugee populations, and other civilian sources — that can be transferred into Foundation custody under plausibly deniable circumstances. Class D personnel are to be given regular mandatory psychiatric evaluations and are to be administered an amnestic of at least Class B strength or terminated at the end of the month at the discretion of on-site security or medical staff. In the event of a catastrophic site event, Class D personnel are to be terminated immediately except as deemed necessary by on-site security personnel.
Class-D ("Disposable Class") personnel are expendable individuals used for testing SCPs, notably Keter-class objects. They are unwillingly recruited by the SCP Foundation worldwide and are usually death row inmates. In times of duress, the Foundation will recruit individuals from civilian sources or inmates incarcerated of lesser crimes. Civilians can also 'sign up' to be part of the Class-D program at the Foundation. Class-D personnel are primarily used as test subjects for studying and investigating SCPs. This usually involves risking the life of the Class-D for the sake of ensuring research.

Freyr
Freyr or Frey is one of the most important gods of Norse religion. The name is conjectured to derive from the Proto-Norse *frawjaz, "lord". Freyr was associated with sacral kingship, virility and prosperity, with sunshine and fair weather, as well as was pictured as a phallic fertility god, Freyr "bestows peace and pleasure on mortals". Freyr, sometimes referred to as Yngvi-Freyr, was especially associated with Sweden and seen as an ancestor of the Swedish royal house.
In the Icelandic books the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda, Freyr is presented as one of the Vanir, the son of the sea god Njörðr, as well as the twin brother of the goddess Freyja. The gods gave him Álfheimr, the realm of the Elves, as a teething present. He rides the shining dwarf-made boar Gullinbursti and possesses the ship Skíðblaðnir which always has a favorable breeze and can be folded together and carried in a pouch when it is not being used. He has the servants Skírnir, Byggvir and Beyla.
The most extensive surviving Freyr myth relates Freyr's falling in love with the female jötunn Gerðr. Eventually, she becomes his wife but first Freyr has to give away his magic sword which fights on its own "if wise be he who wields it". Although deprived of this weapon, Freyr defeats the jötunn Beli with an antler. However, lacking his sword, Freyr will be killed by the fire jötunn Surtr during the events of Ragnarök.

Ryan (film)
Ryan is a 2004 animated documentary created and directed by Chris Landreth about Canadian animator Ryan Larkin, who had lived on skid row in Montreal as a result of drug and alcohol abuse. Landreth's chance meeting with Larkin in 2000 inspired him to develop the film, which took 18 months to complete. It was co-produced by Copper Heart Entertainment and the National Film Board of Canada (NFB), and its creation and development is the subject of the NFB documentary Alter Egos. The film incorporated material from archive sources, particularly Larkin's works at the NFB.
The film is an animated interpretation of an interview of Larkin by Landreth, and includes interviews with Larkin's previous partner and coworkers, as well as Landreth. Development of the characters was partially inspired by the plastinated human bodies of the Body Worlds exhibition. The distorted and disembodied appearance of the film's characters is based on Landreth's use of psychological realism to portray emotion visually, and expression is modelled by use of straight ahead animation. The animation was created at the Animation Arts Centre of Seneca College in Toronto. Some of the animation was based on cords, mathematical equations modelling the physical properties of curves and used to animate filamentous objects in the film. The visual effects of the film has been described by reviewers and film critics as difficult to describe and having a distinctive visceral style.

Hello friends, I attempted to tackle the subject of "art school advice," which encompasses many many things that I unfortunately could not fit into a single video. I would love to hear your feedback, and let me know if there is anything I missed/should address! I did not get a chance to really go in depth about making work/how to improve your skills (color, composition, etc,) there isn't one way of working and I tried my best not to give a false impression that what works for me is the "right" way to do things. Hello friends,
I attempted to tackle the subject of "art school advice," which encompasses many many things that I unfortunately could not fit into a single video. I would love to hear your feedback, and let me know if there is anything I missed/should address!
I did not get a chance to really go in depth about making work/how to improve your skills (color, composition, etc,) there isn't one way of working and I tried my best not to give a false impression that what works for me is the "right" way to do things.
I feel bad that I couldn't put out two videos this week, so I will try and make it up to you all with a bonus video sometime in November..! maybe something ASMR + art (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
I'm currently debating on whether or not I should unpack, because there is a chance I will be moving to New York City by the end of the year (which isn't that far away...) and I'm;;;soooooo;;;tired of moving..... I have been struggling with my physical strength as of late, it may be the cold weather but I've noticed my stamina isn't as good as before (I get worn out so easily + have lots of aches and pains) I may have to look into some vitamins + supplements. I've been having problems with my uterus ;-; which is a little TMI(?) but I think I'm not getting enough iron because of it.
Also my inktober streak is so terrible right now haHAHA but I will draw as much as I can! 0: it's so much fun, I recently figured out how to use the symmetry tool in procreate and it changed my life!

ALUS was supposed to be an Oil and Gas SPAC but they pivot their SPAC and announced merger with FREYR, future battery gigafactory. So this SPAC could be easily under the radar for many people.
As we all know, any Battery or EV is hot on this market joining all the winners like Romeo, QuantumScape. Every battery SPAC so far was a huge success but this one started to trade like it would not have the same potential. So we will talk about if this SPAC is under the radar and potential BUY or if it is of fair value.
FREYR is developing environmentally friendly lithium-ion batteries in Norway. FREYR has plans to supply high energy density and cost-competitive clean batteries for rapidly growing markets.
We hear HIGH DENSITY, COST-COMPETITIVE and CLEAN batteries.
FREYR is not just a battery itself. What you are buying with FREYR is a battery cell production in Europe. Class D personnel are expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and are not allowed to come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates convicted of violent crimes, especially those on death row. In times of duress, Protocol 12 may be enacted, which allows recruitment from other sources — such as political prisoners, refugee populations, and other civilian sources — that can be transferred into Foundation custody under plausibly deniable circumstances. Class D personnel are to be given regular mandatory psychiatric evaluations and are to be administered an amnestic of at least Class B strength or terminated at the end of the month at the discretion of on-site security or medical staff. In the event of a catastrophic site event, Class D personnel are to be terminated immediately except as deemed necessary by on-site security personnel.
Class-D ("Disposable Class") personnel are expendable individuals used for testing SCPs, notably Keter-class objects. They are unwillingly recruited by the SCP Foundation worldwide and are usually death row inmates. In times of duress, the Foundation will recruit individuals from civilian sources or inmates incarcerated of lesser crimes. Civilians can also 'sign up' to be part of the Class-D program at the Foundation. Class-D personnel are primarily used as test subjects for studying and investigating SCPs. This usually involves risking the life of the Class-D for the sake of ensuring research.

Freyr
Freyr or Frey is one of the most important gods of Norse religion. The name is conjectured to derive from the Proto-Norse *frawjaz, "lord". Freyr was associated with sacral kingship, virility and prosperity, with sunshine and fair weather, as well as was pictured as a phallic fertility god, Freyr "bestows peace and pleasure on mortals". Freyr, sometimes referred to as Yngvi-Freyr, was especially associated with Sweden and seen as an ancestor of the Swedish royal house.
In the Icelandic books the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda, Freyr is presented as one of the Vanir, the son of the sea god Njörðr, as well as the twin brother of the goddess Freyja. The gods gave him Álfheimr, the realm of the Elves, as a teething present. He rides the shining dwarf-made boar Gullinbursti and possesses the ship Skíðblaðnir which always has a favorable breeze and can be folded together and carried in a pouch when it is not being used. He has the servants Skírnir, Byggvir and Beyla.
The most extensive surviving Freyr myth relates Freyr's falling in love with the female jötunn Gerðr. Eventually, she becomes his wife but first Freyr has to give away his magic sword which fights on its own "if wise be he who wields it". Although deprived of this weapon, Freyr defeats the jötunn Beli with an antler. However, lacking his sword, Freyr will be killed by the fire jötunn Surtr during the events of Ragnarök.

Hello friends,
I attempted to tackle the subject of "art school advice," which encompasses many many things that I unfortunately could not fit into a single video. I would love to hear your feedback, and let me know if there is anything I missed/should address!
I did not get a chance to really go in depth about making work/how to improve your skills (color, composition, etc,) there isn't one way of working and I tried my best not to give a false impression that what works for me is the "right" way to do things.
I feel bad that I couldn't put out two videos this week, so I will try and make it up to you all with a bonus video sometime in November..! maybe something ASMR + art (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡
I'm currently debating on whether or not I should unpack, because there is a chance I will be moving to New York City by the end of the year (which isn't that far away...) and I'm;;;soooooo;;;tired of moving..... I have been struggling with my physical strength as of late, it may be the cold weather but I've noticed my stamina isn't as good as before (I get worn out so easily + have lots of aches and pains) I may have to look into some vitamins + supplements. I've been having problems with my uterus ;-; which is a little TMI(?) but I think I'm not getting enough iron because of it.
Also my inktober streak is so terrible right now haHAHA but I will draw as much as I can! 0: it's so much fun, I recently figured out how to use the symmetry tool in procreate and it changed my life!
