The-effective-&-efficient-individuals-of-the-private-sector-businesses-can-help-the-poor-better-by-giving-them-jobs-as-well-as-skills-to-give-them-better-greater-chances-to-make-their-own-prosperous-lives-it-is-self-evident-fact-since-such-countries-with-less-government-regulations-have-succeded-in-making-impoverished-peoples-widely-prosperous-&-self-sufficient''with-an-inept-corrupt-congress-&-senate you can't help the poor by legislation, it is a self evident fact, they need only help themselves by getting the jobs & skills sets to be provided by both private-sector business-Filipinos & Alliant-1st World Private companies that lean towards-Filipino Values once resources from the greater west Philippines Seas are secured, presereved, organized & particularly expedited. The-only-way-for-the-Philippines-to-be-a-first-world-country-is-to-think-&-work-like-one,by-giving-equal-footing-&-stance-to-alliant-Filipino-leaning-foreigners-as-well-as-letting-them-keep-the-fruits-of-their-labor-by-letting-them-100%-share-of-their-own-investments-that-they-can-effectively-&-efficiently-use-them-as-resources-to-provide-more-better-jobs-skills-and-better-chances-to-Filipinos-whom-want-to-make-themselves-prosperous. Every individual Filipino Citizen can make the difference, make the 2nd AFP-Modernization Program a popular legislation in the Philippine Congress & Senate. Contact your legislator-representatives in congress & in the senate, let him/her know of your positive views about upgrading the AFP & the importance of the 2nd AFP-M Program in order for them to support legislation of funding for the modernization & self reliance of the-Armed-Forces-of-the-Philippines.
