Ini Komentar PNS atas Kemarahan Pasha "Ungu" Saat Pimpin Apel Perdananya.
Sejumlah pegawai negeri sipil Kota Palu menyayangkan sikap Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo Said atau dikenal sebagai Pasha "Ungu" yang marah saat memimpin upacara.
Kejadian itu berlangsung ketika Pasha memimpin upacara apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, pagi tadi. Begitu memasuki podium, ia melihat banyak pegawai di depan, samping, dan belakangnya tertawa.
"Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa terbahak-bahak? Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next (selanjutnya), saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Polisi Pamong Praja harus mengecek yang tertawa itu. Jelas? Jelas? Jelas?" kata Pasha dengan nada tinggi.
Beberapa PNS yang mengikuti upacara menanggapi berbeda reaksi Pasha di atas podium itu. Sebagian di antaranya mengatakan wajar bila peserta upacara tertawa karena gembira melihat artis yang menjadi wakil wali kota tersebut.
"Banyak sekali pegawai di sini yang baru pertama kali melihat wajahnya secara langsung sehingga spontan menyambut dengan tawa karena gembira saat beliau pertama kali naik podium," kata seorang pegawai senior seperti dikutip Antara, Kamis.
Pegawai lainnya menyambut baik upaya Wakil Wali Kota mengingatkan pegawai untuk disiplin saat mengikuti acara-acara resmi. Namun, teguran yang disampaikan pada upacara hari ini semestinya bisa dilakukan dengan lebih halus.
"Hanya saja, seyogianya teguran seperti ini hendaknya disampaikan tidak dengan nada keras dan emosional seperti itu. Kan bisa dikemukakan dengan ucapan yang lebih halus, tanpa harus teriak-teriak di mikrofon," kata pegawai tersebut disambut anggukan rekan-rekannya.

Pada kesempatan pertamanya memimpin apel, Pasha melakukan kesalahan kecil sehingga ajudan di belakangnya beberapa kali berbisik kepadanya.
Ketika menerima laporan dari komandan upacara bahwa upacara siap dilaksanakan, misalnya, dia menjawabnya dengan kata "laksanakan", padahal seharusnya "lanjutkan". Hal itu memancing tawa peserta upacara.
Setelah memimpin upacara, dia turun dan menyalami para pejabat yang duduk di kursi VIP, termasuk Sekretaris Pemerintah Kota Aminuddin Atjo dan kepala satuan kerja perangkat daerah.
Ia juga menyerahkan penghargaan kepada beberapa aparatur sipil negara yang masuk masa purnabakti dan santunan kematian serta beasiswa dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan kepada peserta program padat karya pengentasan kemiskinan di Palu.

Pimpin Apel Perdana, Pasha 'Ungu' Berang Ditertawakan PNS.
Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo alias Pasha 'Ungu' berang mendapati ratusan aparatur sipil menertawakan dirinya saat hendak memasuki mimbar upacara dalam apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, Kamis (18/2).
Pasha meluapkan emosinya dalam upacara perdana yang dia pimpin. Kemarahan Pasha membungkam sekitar 1.500 peserta upacara yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkup Pemerintahan Kota Palu.
"Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa saat saya memasuki mimbar upacara," kata mantan vokalis band Ungu itu saat mendapat kesempatan memberikan sambutan sebagai pemimpin apel, seperti dikutip Antara.
Upacara itu merupakan pengalaman pertama bagi Pasha memimpin apel setelah dilantik menjadi Wakil Wali Kota Palu pada Rabu (17/2). Mengenakan kemeja Korpri lengan panjang dan berkopiah hitam, Pasha pun lantas berusaha menjabarkan makna di balik apel kesadaran.
Menurut Pasha, apel yang dia pimpin merupakan seremoni untuk membangkitkan kesadaran pegawai. Dia tersinggung melihat pegawai yang terbahak-bahak saat dia hendak memulai jalannya upacara.
"Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next, saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Polisi Pamong Praja harus mengecek yang tertawa itu. Jelas?" ujarnya dengan nada tinggi karena emosi.
Tak sedikit pegawai yang menyayangkan luapan emosi Pasha dalam apel akbar tersebut. Sebagai figur publik, Pasha dianggap seharusnya bisa menjalin komunikasi lebih cair dengan jajaran pegawai Pemkot yang dia pimpin.
"Nah, banyak sekali pegawai di sini yang baru pertama kali melihat wajahnya secara langsung, sehingga spontan menyambut dengan tawa karena gembira saat beliau pertama kali naik podium," ujar seorang PNS senior.
Meski demikian, ada pula yang menyambut baik ekspresi kemarahan Pasha. Luapan emosi mantan artis itu dinilai sebagai bentuk peringatan tegas agar pegawai bisa lebih berdisiplin dalam mengikuti acara-acara resmi.
"Hanya seyogianya, teguran seperti ini hendaknya disampaikan tidak dengan nada keras dan emosional seperti itu. Kan bisa dikemukakan dengan ucapan yang lebih halus tanpa harus teriak-teriak di microphone," kata pegawai lainnya yang disambut anggukan rekan-rekannya.

The word pasha entered English from Turkish paşa. Etymologists variously derive the word paşa from the Turkish baş or baş ağa, "head, chief". Old Turkish had no fixed distinction between /b/ and /p/, and the word was spelled başa still in the 15th century. As first used in western Europe, the title appeared in writing with the initial "b". The English forms bashaw, bassaw, bucha etc., general in the 16th and 17th century, derive through the medieval Latin and Italian word bassa. Due to the Ottoman presence in the Arab World, the title became used frequently in Arabic, though pronounced as basha due to the absence of the letter "p" in Arabic.

Pada kesempatan pertamanya memimpin apel, Pasha melakukan kesalahan kecil sehingga ajudan di belakangnya beberapa kali berbisik kepadanya. Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo alias Pasha 'Ungu' berang mendapati ratusan aparatur sipil menertawakan dirinya saat hendak memasuki mimbar upacara dalam apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, Kamis (18/2). Pasha meluapkan emosinya dalam upacara perdana yang dia pimpin. Kemarahan Pasha membungkam sekitar 1.500 peserta upacara yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkup Pemerintahan Kota Palu. "Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa saat saya memasuki mimbar upacara," kata mantan vokalis band Ungu itu saat mendapat kesempatan memberikan sambutan sebagai pemimpin apel, seperti dikutip Antara. Upacara itu merupakan pengalaman pertama bagi Pasha memimpin apel setelah dilantik menjadi Wakil Wali Kota Palu pada Rabu (17/2). Mengenakan kemeja Korpri lengan panjang dan berkopiah hitam, Pasha pun lantas berusaha menjabarkan makna di balik apel kesadaran. Menurut Pasha, apel yang dia pimpin merupakan seremoni untuk membangkitkan kesadaran pegawai. Dia tersinggung melihat pegawai yang terbahak-bahak saat dia hendak memulai jalannya upacara. "Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next, saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Polisi Pamong Praja harus mengecek yang tertawa itu. Jelas?" ujarnya dengan nada tinggi karena emosi. Tak sedikit pegawai yang menyayangkan luapan emosi Pasha dalam apel akbar tersebut. Sebagai figur publik, Pasha dianggap seharusnya bisa menjalin komunikasi lebih cair dengan jajaran pegawai Pemkot yang dia pimpin. "Nah, banyak sekali pegawai di sini yang baru pertama kali melihat wajahnya secara langsung, sehingga spontan menyambut dengan tawa karena gembira saat beliau pertama kali naik podium," ujar seorang PNS senior. Meski demikian, ada pula yang menyambut baik ekspresi kemarahan Pasha. Luapan emosi mantan artis itu dinilai sebagai bentuk peringatan tegas agar pegawai bisa lebih berdisiplin dalam mengikuti acara-acara resmi. "Hanya seyogianya, teguran seperti ini hendaknya disampaikan tidak dengan nada keras dan emosional seperti itu. Plot: Police Captain Filan is sent to assume command of the District Office of a port city on the Black Sea. Plot: During the Emergency Girdharilal Kapoor flees from India to live in Britain, assumes the identity of Swami Prem Baba but still carries on selling cocaine. Ini Komentar PNS atas Kemarahan Pasha "Ungu" Saat Pimpin Apel Perdananya. Sejumlah pegawai negeri sipil Kota Palu menyayangkan sikap Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo Said atau dikenal sebagai Pasha "Ungu" yang marah saat memimpin upacara. Kejadian itu berlangsung ketika Pasha memimpin upacara apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, pagi tadi. Begitu memasuki podium, ia melihat banyak pegawai di depan, samping, dan belakangnya tertawa. "Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa terbahak-bahak? Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next (selanjutnya), saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Ini Komentar PNS atas Kemarahan Pasha "Ungu" Saat Pimpin Apel Perdananya.
Sejumlah pegawai negeri sipil Kota Palu menyayangkan sikap Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo Said atau dikenal sebagai Pasha "Ungu" yang marah saat memimpin upacara.
Kejadian itu berlangsung ketika Pasha memimpin upacara apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, pagi tadi. Begitu memasuki podium, ia melihat banyak pegawai di depan, samping, dan belakangnya tertawa.
"Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa terbahak-bahak? Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next (selanjutnya), saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Polisi Pamong Praja harus mengecek yang tertawa itu. Jelas? Jelas? Jelas?" kata Pasha dengan nada tinggi.
Beberapa PNS yang mengikuti upacara menanggapi berbeda reaksi Pasha di atas podium itu. Sebagian di antaranya mengatakan wajar bila peserta upacara tertawa karena gembira melihat artis yang menjadi wakil wali kota tersebut.
"Banyak sekali pegawai di sini yang baru pertama kali melihat wajahnya secara langsung sehingga spontan menyambut dengan tawa karena gembira saat beliau pertama kali naik podium," kata seorang pegawai senior seperti dikutip Antara, Kamis.
Pegawai lainnya menyambut baik upaya Wakil Wali Kota mengingatkan pegawai untuk disiplin saat mengikuti acara-acara resmi. Namun, teguran yang disampaikan pada upacara hari ini semestinya bisa dilakukan dengan lebih halus.
"Hanya saja, seyogianya teguran seperti ini hendaknya disampaikan tidak dengan nada keras dan emosional seperti itu. Kan bisa dikemukakan dengan ucapan yang lebih halus, tanpa harus teriak-teriak di mikrofon," kata pegawai tersebut disambut anggukan rekan-rekannya.

Pada kesempatan pertamanya memimpin apel, Pasha melakukan kesalahan kecil sehingga ajudan di belakangnya beberapa kali berbisik kepadanya.
Ketika menerima laporan dari komandan upacara bahwa upacara siap dilaksanakan, misalnya, dia menjawabnya dengan kata "laksanakan", padahal seharusnya "lanjutkan". Hal itu memancing tawa peserta upacara.
Setelah memimpin upacara, dia turun dan menyalami para pejabat yang duduk di kursi VIP, termasuk Sekretaris Pemerintah Kota Aminuddin Atjo dan kepala satuan kerja perangkat daerah.
Ia juga menyerahkan penghargaan kepada beberapa aparatur sipil negara yang masuk masa purnabakti dan santunan kematian serta beasiswa dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan kepada peserta program padat karya pengentasan kemiskinan di Palu.

Wakil Wali Kota Palu Sigit Purnomo alias Pasha 'Ungu' berang mendapati ratusan aparatur sipil menertawakan dirinya saat hendak memasuki mimbar upacara dalam apel kesadaran di Balai Kota Palu, Kamis (18/2).
Pasha meluapkan emosinya dalam upacara perdana yang dia pimpin. Kemarahan Pasha membungkam sekitar 1.500 peserta upacara yang merupakan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkup Pemerintahan Kota Palu.
"Apa motif saudara-saudara tertawa saat saya memasuki mimbar upacara," kata mantan vokalis band Ungu itu saat mendapat kesempatan memberikan sambutan sebagai pemimpin apel, seperti dikutip Antara.
Upacara itu merupakan pengalaman pertama bagi Pasha memimpin apel setelah dilantik menjadi Wakil Wali Kota Palu pada Rabu (17/2). Mengenakan kemeja Korpri lengan panjang dan berkopiah hitam, Pasha pun lantas berusaha menjabarkan makna di balik apel kesadaran.
Menurut Pasha, apel yang dia pimpin merupakan seremoni untuk membangkitkan kesadaran pegawai. Dia tersinggung melihat pegawai yang terbahak-bahak saat dia hendak memulai jalannya upacara.
"Saya malu karena ada yang tertawa terbahak-bahak saat saya masuk. Next, saya tidak mau ini terulang lagi. Polisi Pamong Praja harus mengecek yang tertawa itu. Jelas?" ujarnya dengan nada tinggi karena emosi.
Tak sedikit pegawai yang menyayangkan luapan emosi Pasha dalam apel akbar tersebut. Sebagai figur publik, Pasha dianggap seharusnya bisa menjalin komunikasi lebih cair dengan jajaran pegawai Pemkot yang dia pimpin.
"Nah, banyak sekali pegawai di sini yang baru pertama kali melihat wajahnya secara langsung, sehingga spontan menyambut dengan tawa karena gembira saat beliau pertama kali naik podium," ujar seorang PNS senior.
Meski demikian, ada pula yang menyambut baik ekspresi kemarahan Pasha. Luapan emosi mantan artis itu dinilai sebagai bentuk peringatan tegas agar pegawai bisa lebih berdisiplin dalam mengikuti acara-acara resmi.
"Hanya seyogianya, teguran seperti ini hendaknya disampaikan tidak dengan nada keras dan emosional seperti itu. Kan bisa dikemukakan dengan ucapan yang lebih halus tanpa harus teriak-teriak di microphone," kata pegawai lainnya yang disambut anggukan rekan-rekannya.

Azerbaijan's Pasha Bank will render conversion services while selling foreign currency to the Azerbaijan Investment Company , the AIC said in a message published by the country's official press June 21. According to the message, Pasha Bank was announced a winner in a tender conducted by the AIC. A corresponding agreement with the bank was signed June 14 ... ....
