One injured in explosion at Central Park in New York

One person was critically injured in an explosion in Central Park in New York city on Sunday, according to police. The cause of blast is still unclear.

The explosion happened just before 11 am. A bomb-sniffing dog has gone into the rock area.

According to an eyewitness, the man was climbing a rock structure and stepped on something that “exploded.”
