HP is no longer viewed as the "top-dog" of PC manufacturing, but are they still able to pull together the resources and research to develop a quality machine at a value-driven price? The HP Pavilion x360 aims to be the best laptop for college students with a touchscreen for games, interaction, and more. I determine whether or not it fills its marks.
