Attack of the Monsters (1969) - aka Gamera vs. Guiron
A UFO takes two boys from Earth to another planet where they discover a race of people who can control giant monsters and have plans to take over the Earth. It's up to Gamera to save the day. Director: Noriaki Yuasa Producer: Masaichi Nagata Production Company: Daiei Motion Picture Company Audio/Visual: sound, color Language: English (dubbed) This fourth entry in the Gamera series found the titanic turtle paralleling the cuddly direction of his competitor Godzilla. When two young, star-gazing children investigate a spaceship that has practically landed in their backyard, they are whisked away to Terra, our undiscovered tenth planet whose two "groovy spacegirls" are all that remain of a once-superior alien civilization. But the boys soon discover that their seemingly friendly hosts have sinister plans in mind for them. Never fear, for Gamera comes to save them, flying through space to battle the spacegirls' guardian Guiron, a giant, rhino-like beast possessing a razor-sharp steel blade for a snout. This movie is truly suited for young children, for older kids, and especially for adults will chortle at the unintentional humor arising from the cheesy effects, underplayed roles, and possibly the worst dubbing job in Japanese monster history. Taken as comedy, adults will find this a real camp gem--when the two boys witness Guiron slice 'n' dice a laser-spewing Gaos, one of them proclaims: "What a monster!" Bryan Reesman

Gamera Video Previews (Sandy Frank/Just For Kids)
In 1987, Celebrity Home Entertainment licensed all five of the "Sandy Frank" Gamera films for home video release. I don't have any previews for GAMERA VS. GAOS (1967), GAMERA VS. GUIRON (1969) or GAMERA VS. ZIGRA (1971). The music in these previews is from the PROJECT A-KO soundtrack.

Gammera the Invincible (1966) - Theatrical Trailer
Theatrical trailer for World Entertainment Corporation's release of GAMMERA THE INVINCIBLE. This is the US version of Daiei Studios' GAMERA, THE GIANT MONSTER (1965). Like the original Godzilla film, GAMMERA THE INVINCIBLE was re-edited to feature American actors in leading roles. The American scenes starred Brian Donlevy and Albert Dekker. When the film was re-edited and dubbed in the States, an extra 'm' was added to Gamera's name.

AMC Monsterfest 1999 (Gamera)
In 1999, American Movie Classics hired legendary horror director Roger Corman to host its annual Monsterfest, a week long celebration of monster movies at the end of October. Monsterfest '99 was the first big Monsterfest (AMC had two or three previous marathons, but nothing this big). As a fan of Godzilla movies, Monsterfest 1999 was awesome, with AMC airing Godzilla films all day on October 30th with several other Japanese monster movies on Halloween (alongside some Roger Corman classics). Even though Corman calls the film GAMERA, THE INVINCIBLE, AMC actually showed the Sandy Frank version (simply called GAMERA). GAMMERA , THE INVINCIBLE (yes, it was released with the double "m") was the original US version with new scenes starring Albert Dekker and Brian Donlevy. My tape unfortunately cuts off right before the climax, so I don't have Corman's closing remarks on the film.

- Wikipedia
