Inizia la sua carriera artistica nel 1994 partecipando a varie jam sessions nei più famosi club hiphop della capitale. Due anni dopo, insieme a Piotta e Dj Squarta, fonda la crew Robba Coatta.
Dopo un intensa attività live in tutta la penisola e grazie al suo stile ironico e sarcastico, Turi si afferma come uno dei migliori intrattenitori e improvvisatori della scena hiphop italiana. Nel 1998 partecipa al primo singolo di Piotta "Spingo io". Nell'autunno dello stesso anno viene pubblicato Comunque vada sarà un successo, il primo album ufficiale di Piotta, dove Turi appare in sei tracce. Degno di nota è il brano Dimmi qual'è il nome, secondo singolo estratto, che permette al rapper calabrese di farsi notare anche in TV grazie al video girato dai Manetti Bros.
Nell'estate del 1999 produce il suo primo mini album solista Aspromonte A-roma in edizione limitata di 500 copie. Grazie al successo del brano Supercafone (disco d'oro), Turi, in compagnia di Piotta e dj Squarta partecipa ad un intenso tour promozionale di circa 90 date. Da menzionare la performance all' MTV Day 1999.
Nel 2000 recita nel film Zora la vampira, di Carlo Verdone e Manetti bros, e partecipa con il brano "D'istinto" alla soundtrack del film. Nello stesso anno collabora alla compilation hiphop Novecinquanta di Fritz Da Cat. Viene girato un videoclip a New York del suo brano Schiaffetto correttivo.
Nel 2001 Turi inizia la sua carriera solista firmando il suo primo contratto discografico con l'etichetta indipendente romana Antibemusic. Nell'estate dello stesso anno riceve innumerevoli elogi dalla critica specializzata grazie al suo primo album Salviamo il salvabile dove, oltre ad apparire come rapper, firma anche le musiche. Nella primavera del 2004 sempre per Antibemusic esce il suo secondo album ufficiale L'amico degli amici che contiene il singolo (con videoclip) Cosa vuoi da me.
Con il brano in questione Turi, nell'ottobre del 2005, si aggiudica il premio come "miglior singolo" all'interno della oramai nota manifestazione hiphop nazionale Mc Giaime. Nel maggio del 2006 partecipa come rapper al progetto organizzato dalla Red Bull Homegroove e dalla Royality Gli originali, un musical Hip Hop sotto la direzione musicale e l'orchestra del compositore italiano, il maestro Franco Micalizzi.

Habib Syech bin Abdul Qodir Assegaf adalah salah satu putra dari 16 bersaudara putra-putri Alm. Al-Habib Abdulkadir bin Abdurrahman Assegaf (tokoh alim dan imam Masjid Jami’ Asegaf di Pasar Kliwon Solo), berawal dari pendidikan yang diberikan oleh guru besarnya yang sekaligus ayah handa tercinta, Habib Syech mendalami ajaran agama dan Ahlaq leluhurnya. Berlanjut sambung pendidikan tersebut oleh paman beliau Alm. Habib Ahmad bin Abdurrahman Assegaf yang datang dari Hadramaout. Habib Syech juga mendapat pendidikan, dukungan penuh dan perhatian dari Alm. Al-Imam, Al-Arifbillah, Al-Habib Muhammad Anis bin Alwiy Al-Habsyi (Imam Masjid Riyadh dan pemegang magom Al-Habsyi). Berkat segala bimbingan, nasehat, serta kesabaranya, Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf menapaki hari untuk senantiasa melakukan syiar cinta Rosul yang diawali dari Kota Solo.
Waktu demi waktu berjalan mengiringi syiar cinta Rosulnya, tanpa disadari banyak umat yang tertarik dan mengikuti majelisnya, hingga saat ini telah ada ribuan jama’ah yang tergabung dalam Ahbabul Musthofa. Mereka mengikuti dan mendalami tetang pentingnya Cinta kepada Rosul SAW dalam kehidupan ini.
Ahbabul Musthofa, adalah salah satu dari beberapa majelis yang ada untuk mempermudah umat dalam memahami dan mentauladani Rosul SAW, berdiri sekitar Tahun 1998 di kota Solo, tepatnya Kampung Mertodranan, berawal dari majelis Rotibul Haddad dan Burdah serta maulid Simthut Duror Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf memulai langkahnya untuk mengajak ummat dan dirinya dalam membesarkan rasa cinta kepada junjungan kita nabi besar Muhammad SAW .
Sampai sekarang, Habib Syech masih melantunkan syair-syair indah nan menggetarkan hati Sholawat Shimthud Durror di berbagai tempat, untuk di Jogja setiap malam Jumat Pahing di IAIN SUKA, Timoho.
Sholawat rutin : setiap hari Rabu Malam dan Sabtu Malam Ba’da Isyak di Kediaman Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf .

– Purwodadi (Malam Sabtu Kliwon) di Masjid Agung Baitul Makmur Purwodadi.

Jangan hanya main band meniru dan mengidolakan gaya orang-orang kafir, tapi Nabi sendiri tidak pernah ditiru dan dipuji puji! Sudah saatnya bersholawat, menjunjung, memuji dan meniru Nabi Muhammad SAW agar memperoleh syafaatnya dan beliau mengakui kita sebagai umatnya, karena percuma saja kita yg mengaku ngaku umatnya, tapi tidak pernah bersholawat.

Plot: Country bumpkin Frank runs into a gangland shooting, driving the victims to the gang's headquarters. He soon earns a place in Erik's mob. Syndicate head Big John wishes to unite the four gangs in Chicago, but Erik defies them, wishing to remain independent. An assassination attempt forces him to reconsider, and his gang isn't impressed with what they take for his cowardice. This is the point that allows the ambitious Frank to muscle in on Erik's mob, and his moll, Lucie. Frank's first move is to hire outside pros, and shoot up a casino of Big John's, challenging the entire syndicate. Erik, meanwhile, harbors feelings of revenge.

Plot: Women wait anxiously at a minehead in Capodarso, Sicily. Their men are underground. The mine is closing and the miners refuse to come up unless the owner relents. After three days, they give up in despair... In a bar in town, Ciccio is recruiting workers for jobs in France. He can get people over the border - for L20,000 a head. Enough people to fill a bus sell their belongings to pay the fee, including Saro and his 3 young children, and Barbara and her man Vanni, in trouble with the law and desperate to flee Italy. After reaching Naples by train, Ciccio tries to slip away but is grabbed by Vanni. Vanni tells Barbara where to meet at the border if anything should go wrong. In Rome, Ciccio points out Vanni to the police. In the shoot-out, both Vanni and Ciccio escape. The others are arrested. They are ordered by the police to return to Sicily or be charged with "illegal expatriation". With Saro as leader, and nearly out of money, they head north instead. Hardship draws Saro and Barbara closer together...

Nell'autunno dello stesso anno viene pubblicato Comunque vada sarà un successo, il primo album ufficiale di Piotta, dove Turi appare in sei tracce. Degno di nota è il brano Dimmi qual'è il nome, secondo singolo estratto, che permette al rapper calabrese di farsi notare anche in TV grazie al video girato dai Manetti Bros.
Nell'estate del 1999 produce il suo primo mini album solista Aspromonte A-roma in edizione limitata di 500 copie. Grazie al successo del brano Supercafone (disco d'oro), Turi, in compagnia di Piotta e dj Squarta partecipa ad un intenso tour promozionale di circa 90 date. Da menzionare la performance all' MTV Day 1999.
Nel 2000 recita nel film Zora la vampira, di Carlo Verdone e Manetti bros, e partecipa con il brano "D'istinto" alla soundtrack del film. Nello stesso anno collabora alla compilation hiphop Novecinquanta di Fritz Da Cat. Viene girato un videoclip a New York del suo brano Schiaffetto correttivo.
Nel 2001 Turi inizia la sua carriera solista firmando il suo primo contratto discografico con l'etichetta indipendente romana Antibemusic. Nell'estate dello stesso anno riceve innumerevoli elogi dalla critica specializzata grazie al suo primo album Salviamo il salvabile dove, oltre ad apparire come rapper, firma anche le musiche. Nella primavera del 2004 sempre per Antibemusic esce il suo secondo album ufficiale L'amico degli amici che contiene il singolo (con videoclip) Cosa vuoi da me.
Con il brano in questione Turi, nell'ottobre del 2005, si aggiudica il premio come "miglior singolo" all'interno della oramai nota manifestazione hiphop nazionale Mc Giaime. Nel maggio del 2006 partecipa come rapper al progetto organizzato dalla Red Bull Homegroove e dalla Royality Gli originali, un musical Hip Hop sotto la direzione musicale e l'orchestra del compositore italiano, il maestro Franco Micalizzi.

Habib Syech bin Abdul Qodir Assegaf adalah salah satu putra dari 16 bersaudara putra-putri Alm. Al-Habib Abdulkadir bin Abdurrahman Assegaf (tokoh alim dan imam Masjid Jami’ Asegaf di Pasar Kliwon Solo), berawal dari pendidikan yang diberikan oleh guru besarnya yang sekaligus ayah handa tercinta, Habib Syech mendalami ajaran agama dan Ahlaq leluhurnya. Berlanjut sambung pendidikan tersebut oleh paman beliau Alm. Habib Ahmad bin Abdurrahman Assegaf yang datang dari Hadramaout. Habib Syech juga mendapat pendidikan, dukungan penuh dan perhatian dari Alm. Al-Imam, Al-Arifbillah, Al-Habib Muhammad Anis bin Alwiy Al-Habsyi (Imam Masjid Riyadh dan pemegang magom Al-Habsyi). Berkat segala bimbingan, nasehat, serta kesabaranya, Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf menapaki hari untuk senantiasa melakukan syiar cinta Rosul yang diawali dari Kota Solo.
Waktu demi waktu berjalan mengiringi syiar cinta Rosulnya, tanpa disadari banyak umat yang tertarik dan mengikuti majelisnya, hingga saat ini telah ada ribuan jama’ah yang tergabung dalam Ahbabul Musthofa. Mereka mengikuti dan mendalami tetang pentingnya Cinta kepada Rosul SAW dalam kehidupan ini.
Ahbabul Musthofa, adalah salah satu dari beberapa majelis yang ada untuk mempermudah umat dalam memahami dan mentauladani Rosul SAW, berdiri sekitar Tahun 1998 di kota Solo, tepatnya Kampung Mertodranan, berawal dari majelis Rotibul Haddad dan Burdah serta maulid Simthut Duror Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf memulai langkahnya untuk mengajak ummat dan dirinya dalam membesarkan rasa cinta kepada junjungan kita nabi besar Muhammad SAW .
Sampai sekarang, Habib Syech masih melantunkan syair-syair indah nan menggetarkan hati Sholawat Shimthud Durror di berbagai tempat, untuk di Jogja setiap malam Jumat Pahing di IAIN SUKA, Timoho.
Sholawat rutin : setiap hari Rabu Malam dan Sabtu Malam Ba’da Isyak di Kediaman Habib Syech bin Abdulkadir Assegaf .

– Sragen ( Malam Minggu Pahing ) di Masjid Assakinah, Puro Asri, Sragen.
– Jogja ( Malam Jum’at Pahing ) di Halaman PP. Minhajuttamyiz, Timoho, di belakang Kampus IAIN.
– Solo ( Malam Minggu Legi ) di Halaman Mesjid Agung Surakarta.
Jangan hanya main band meniru dan mengidolakan gaya orang-orang kafir, tapi Nabi sendiri tidak pernah ditiru dan dipuji puji! Sudah saatnya bersholawat, menjunjung, memuji dan meniru Nabi Muhammad SAW agar memperoleh syafaatnya dan beliau mengakui kita sebagai umatnya, karena percuma saja kita yg mengaku ngaku umatnya, tapi tidak pernah bersholawat.
