Nel palazzo Comunale si è relazionato sulle normative della subacquea partendo innanzitutto sul settore della salute per entrare in conoscenza delle nuove scoperte dagli studi fatti dal Dott.Claudio Marabotti, delucidando gli usi delle nuove miscele e i loro requisiti nei confronti delle immersioni, si è proceduto con le leggi e normative che dovrebbero essere approvate alla Camera. Si è spaziato anche nel ìinsegnamento all'immersione in corrente, effetto molto importante come nozioni di conoscenza per la propria esperienza.Grande stupore per la presentazione della Piscina Y-40 che con buona maestria è stata presentata come una occasione per effettuare una immersione anche quando non lo permettono le meteomarine, e per apprendere nuove tecniche di insegnamento. Si è concluso con una full immersione nei nuovi sistemi di respirazioni a ciclo chiuso ed altri , apprendendo spiegazioni dal Dr .P.Lomgobardi per la parte biomedica e dal Dr. R.Lombardi per le nuove miscele, insomma una fiornata dedicata alle immersione per sapere per quanto riguarda la Subacquea di nuova generazione, con molti interesse ma anche molta attenzione all'uso, ben spiegato e non assumere piena padronanza perché potrebbe essere nociva, bisogna avere sempre attenzione ad ogni immersione, come se fosse la prima, raccomandando a tutti di applicare le nuove scoperte con molta precisione.
