I don’t believe employee surveys and complaint lines are truly anonymous. I have a few choice words to say about my employer — but I can’t afford to put my job in jeopardy. Can the company trace anything, given today’s technology? ... Sounds like my normal Italian Sunday dinner in the old neighborhood! Don’t you know the Italian term for vow of silence — omertà? Being asked to leave a plane before your flight certainly is dramatic. Having the police waiting for you after a flight might even get you on the news ... a ban for life ... WATCH ... That’s for sure ... Given the airlines’ omertà regarding lifetime bans, it’s probably not surprising that they rarely publicly reveal who ends up on that blacklist (although sometimes they will if they’re really mad at the person they’ve banned).
