Onde divulguei em vídeo toda montagem do motor passo a passo, além de algumas informações fundamentais para o funcionamento, com o mínimo de atrito possível e a perfeita vedação. - Recomendo para o uso de seringas com ponta de metal, facilitando a vedação na ponta de metal com os tubos, devido à presença de elevadas temperaturas, não havendo a necessidade de ferramentas especiais e evitando o arrasto da passagem do ar. Porque na seringa com ponta vidro, o desempenho do motor é limitado, com seu orifício interno reduzido. - Lembro que as seringas de vidro não sejam submetidas a choques térmicos agressivos, como tocar o pavio da lamparina na seringa, quando aquecida, correndo o risco de trinca-las. - Outro aspecto de fundamental importância, as bielas não devem movimentar- se no sentido lateral, devido um irregularidade do metal onde a biela é afixada no virabrequim, evitando assim, um aumento de atrito do pistão sobre o cilindro. - A área morta do cilindro frio é de 1 ml (com curso total de 18mm) e 3 ml no cilindro quente (com curso total de 17mm). - No 1ª teste, o pistão quente tinha um curso total de 28mm, o motor apresentou um desempenho desastroso (500 RPM) e um péssimo torque. Com redução de curso para 18mm, ocorreu a redução do consumo energia mecânica do próprio motor, para superar a compressão elevada, com isso houve uma melhora no desempenho para 1000 RPM e um aumento significativo do torque. Um dos fatores dessa limitação, é a ineficiência térmica do vidro da seringa, já que o vidro é um péssimo condutor térmico, por essa razão esse resultado limitado. - Teste comprovado: também confirmo, que o motor teria o dobro de desempenho se instalado um tubo de ensaio, como trocador de calor (permutador), acredito que o desempenho seria ainda melhor caso o permutador fosse em aço inox. - Quero agradecer a todas as demais pessoas que assistem meus vídeos, bem como, os que assinantes do meu canal. Where I divulged video, entire engine mounting step by step, besides some fundamental information for the operation, with minimum possible friction and perfect sealing. - I warn for the use of syringes with metal tip, facilitating the sealing of the metal edge with the pipe, due to the presence of high temperatures, without the need for special tools and preventing the passage of air drag. Because the syringe with tip glass, engine performance is limited, with its inner hole reduced. - Remember that the glass syringes subjected to aggressive thermal shock, such as touching the wick of the burner, the syringe when heated with the risk of crack it. - Another aspect of fundamental importance, connecting rods should not move laterally, because of an irregularity where the metal rod is attached to the crankshaft, thus avoiding an increase of friction of the piston on the cylinder. - The dead area of the cold cylinder is 1 ml (with total stroke of 20mm) and 3 ml in the hot cylinder (with total stroke of 18mm). - In the 1st test, the hot piston had a total stroke of 28mm, the engine performance was disastrous (500 RPM) and a bad torque. With reduced stroke for 18mm, there was a reduction of the mechanical energy consumption of the engine itself, to overcome the high compression, it there was an improvement in the performance for 1,000 RPM and a significant increase in torque. One factor of such limitation is the thermal inefficiency of the glass syringe, since glass is a poor heat conductor, for this reason result limited. - Proven Test: also confirm that the engine would have double the performance if installed a test tube as heat exchanger, I believe the performance would be even better if the exchanger was stainless steel. - I want to thank all the other people who watch my videos, as well as the subscribers to my channel.
