After making his rounds overseas, Philly's favorite white boy is back in King of the Dot. Battling in Don't Flop with an impressive showing against crowd favorite Blizzard, Rone came away with the W and added yet another body to his ever growing war path. With recent victories over Okwerdz and Protege and a hotly contested battle against Nils M/ Skils, Rone has more than proven himself a threat and is now content to take high profile matches against fellow top tier opponents. Known largely for his quick wit and effortless flow, hard hitting punchlines and screw-face inducing bars have recently begun to work their way into his repertoire. Seen most frequently as of late in King of the Dot, Rone was invited to take part in the always classic Vengeance 2 event against arguably his toughest opponent yet in Fresco.
Without a doubt one of the most popular battlers to ever step into the ring, Fresco does not at first glance appear to be a typical battle rapper. Certainly one of the most successful battlers of the written era, many people were caught off guard by the Rockford, IL emcee. Having no involvement with the scene prior to 2008, Fresco was not on many people's radars. Coming out of the gates hot, Fresco took down Moodswangz to begin his career. Since then, his resume has grown to include names such as Kid Twist, Soul Khan and Real Deal, among other classic showings against a variety of opponents. With a unique personality and an even more unique flow, Fresco's originality is one of his biggest assets, always approaching opponents from unexpected angles and with devastating schemes. Making his first 1 vs. 1 appearance in King of the Dot, Fresco brought his A game against Rone, making this one of the best battles of the night.

Fresco
Fresco (plural frescos or frescoes) is a technique of mural painting executed upon freshly-laid, or wet lime plaster. Water is used as the vehicle for the pigment to merge with the plaster, and with the setting of the plaster, the painting becomes an integral part of the wall. The word fresco (Italian: affresco) is derived from the Italian adjective fresco meaning "fresh", and may thus be contrasted with fresco-secco or secco mural painting techniques, which are applied to dried plaster, to supplement painting in fresco. The fresco technique has been employed since antiquity and is closely associated with Italian Renaissance painting.
Technology
Buon fresco pigment mixed with water of room temperature on a thin layer of wet, fresh plaster, for which the Italian word for plaster, intonaco, is used. Because of the chemical makeup of the plaster, a binder is not required, as the pigment mixed solely with the water will sink into the intonaco, which itself becomes the medium holding the pigment. The pigment is absorbed by the wet plaster; after a number of hours, the plaster dries in reaction to air: it is this chemical reaction which fixes the pigment particles in the plaster. Casey Veggies
Casey Jones, better known by his stage name Casey Veggies (born July 18, 1993), is an American hip hop recording artist from Inglewood, California. Since 2007, he has released five independent mixtapes under LA clothing and management company Peas & Carats Intl. His most recent mixtape, Fresh Veggies, was released on December 16, 2013. His debut studio album, Live & Grow, was released on September 25, 2015.

Casey Jones was born in Inglewood, California on July 18, 1993.
Career
2007–12: Career beginnings and Customized Greatly series
At the age of 14, Casey released his first mixtape, titled Customized Greatly Vol. 1; while he was going through by his stage name at the time, as Custom. Casey was one of the founding members of the hip hop collective Odd Future, appearing on the collective's first effort The Odd Future Tape, before he decided to branch out on his own, after his first mixtape release. In an interview with Respect Mag, Casey stated it as: "It’s hard to explain, really, but I just had more of a [different] vision for my own rap career. I wanted to do my own thing."

Known largely for his quick wit and effortless flow, hard hitting punchlines and screw-face inducing bars have recently begun to work their way into his repertoire. Seen most frequently as of late in King of the Dot, Rone was invited to take part in the always classic Vengeance 2 event against arguably his toughest opponent yet in Fresco.
Without a doubt one of the most popular battlers to ever step into the ring, Fresco does not at first glance appear to be a typical battle rapper. Certainly one of the most successful battlers of the written era, many people were caught off guard by the Rockford, IL emcee. Having no involvement with the scene prior to 2008, Fresco was not on many people's radars. Coming out of the gates hot, Fresco took down Moodswangz to begin his career. Since then, his resume has grown to include names such as Kid Twist, Soul Khan and Real Deal, among other classic showings against a variety of opponents. With a unique personality and an even more unique flow, Fresco's originality is one of his biggest assets, always approaching opponents from unexpected angles and with devastating schemes. Making his first 1 vs. 1 appearance in King of the Dot, Fresco brought his A game against Rone, making this one of the best battles of the night.

So we're back in Essex. One of my favourite boutique hotel and restaurant groups - Milsom's ... We're staying at The Pier in Harwich ... Now upstairs, no formal restaurant but a buzzy brasserie set over two floors, one part modern and slightly industrial and the lower carpeted, relaxed-chic, leading in to the piece de resistance - a balcony for dining al fresco and boy did we make use of it on this scorching weekend ... I couldn't say no! ... ....
I consumed nothing but fast food for a week, and it was the easiest and cheapest diet plan I've ever tried

When I told friends I was eating nothing but fast food for a week, most immediately thought of the (in)famous Morgan Spurlock documentary "Super Size Me.". No, I would respond. I'm eating healthy ... (I would consume at least three meals a day.) ... (The one exception ... Calories ... the “Fresco” menu which replaces cheese, rice, and sour cream with pico de gallo ... I got the Burrito Supreme Fresco, with chicken, which was salty, cheap, and delicious ... ....
