Feriha "Feri" Cansel (7 July 1944 – 2 September 1983) was a Turkish Cypriot actress.
She was born Lefkoşa (Nicosia), Cyprus and spent her early youth in the United Kingdom, acquiring British citizenship and she became a hairdresser in London. Once settled in Turkey, she also obtained Turkish citizenship, marrying for convenience the janitor of the block of apartments in İstanbul where she lived concluding for that purpose. She started in show business as a stage stripper, and she appeared in her first film in 1964.
According to the Sinematürk database of Turkish films, Feri Cansel's career spanned 18 years during which she acted in 136 films. 120 of these films can be categorized as belonging in the erotic line. Cansel herself, on the other hand, claimed in 1978 that she had by then appeared in 350 erotic movies. Both figures could make Cansel win the career-long title for the highest number of erotic Turkish movies made by any actor/actress.
The difference between the two figures is explained by the extensive practice at the time by the film producers, who viewed films that were shot not as parts of a single work but merely as source material for production of multiple films, to cut and paste. Erotic scenes, especially, were often cut and pasted to assemble new films from various parts of existing ones. This peculiar practice was called "parça" (literally the "fragment"), and the term was extended into the movie theaters themselves to include the practice by the operators of inserting hardcore material, which was European most of the time, into Turkish "erotic" films.
Cansel's liberal use of foul language in her films earned her the nickname of Emmanuelle of Kasımpaşa, a popular quarter of Istanbul notorious for its for its peculiar speech rich in slang.
She was killed by her fiancé in İstanbul in 1983. Cansel was survived by her daughter İlter Özcan who is also an actress with the alias "Zümrüt Cansel".

As a result, both immediately become aware of the fact that they are naked, and thus cover themselves with garments made of fig leaves (Gen. 3.7). Then, finding God walking in the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve hide themselves from God's presence (Gen. 3.8). God calls to Adam "Where art thou?" (Gen. 3.9, KJV) and Adam responds "I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself" (Gen. 3.10, KJV). When God then asks Adam if he had eaten of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, Adam responds that his wife had told him to (Gen. 3.11-12).
As a result of their breaking God's law, the couple were removed from the garden (Gen. 3.23) (the Fall of Man according to Christian doctrine) and both receive a curse. Adam's curse is contained in Gen. 3.17-19: "Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field: In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return" (KJV).
According to the Genealogies of Genesis, Adam died at the age of 930. With such numbers, calculations such as those of Archbishop Ussher would suggest that Adam would have died only about 127 years before the birth of Noah, nine generations after Adam. In other words, Adam's lifespan would have overlapped that of Lamech (father of Noah), at least fifty years. Ussher and a group of theologians and scholars in 1630 performed calculations and created a study that reported the creation of Adam on October 23, 4004 BC at 9:00 am and lived until 3074 BC. There was controversy over the fact that Ussher believed the whole creation process occurred on that day.
Although the Book of Joshua mentions a "City of Adam" at the time that the Israelites crossed the Jordan River on entering Canaan, it doesn't suggest any relationship between this city and the first man of Genesis. Traditional Jewish belief, on the other hand, says that following his death, Adam was buried in the Cave of Machpelah in Hebron.
He appears to an extent in both Eastern and Western Christian liturgies.
Eve's sin is counted as deliberate disobedience, as she did know that Jehovah had commanded them not to eat, but she is held to have been deceived by the Serpent. (She was deceived only about the effect of their disobedience, not about the will of God on the matter.) Adam's sin is considered even more reproachable, as he had not been deceived. Rather, when confronted with his sin, he attempted to blame both his wife Eve, and Jehovah himself. Genesis 3:12 NWT - "The woman who you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit from the tree and so I ate.". By his sin, he forfeited human perfection and was therefore unable to pass it on to his offspring.
The Latter Day Saints hold the belief that the "Fall" was not a tragedy, but a necessary part of God's plan. They believe that Adam and Eve had to partake of the forbidden fruit in order to fulfill God's will, and that it is good that they did so.
"Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: 'Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever.' And he swore to them both, that he was their sincere adviser. So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?"
The Qur'an also mentions that Adam was misled by deception and was in fact pardoned by God after much repentance.
"Then Adam received (some) words from his Lord, so He turned to him mercifully; surely He is Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful."

Kartal Tibet (born 1938) is a Turkish actor and film director. Some of his famous films include Ölmeyen Aşk, Dağlar Kızı, Senede Bir Gün, Sultan, Zübük, Gol Kralı, Gol Krale and Şalvar Davası. Tibet is also known for his action roles, especially that of the title character in the Karaoğlan and Tarkan film series. After his retirement from full time acting, he became a film director.

Then Akın appeared in Çıtkırıldım (Softy) opposite Cuneyt Arkin where she played a rebellious girl to Arkin's character of a strict teacher. The same year, she acted as a rich girl in Tamirci Parçası (The Penniless Repairman) with Ayhan Işık. Akın's next films included Hindistan Cevizi (Coconut) and Gül ve Şeker (Rose and Candy) with Zeki Müren and Efkarlı Sosyete (Blue Riches) with Sadri Alışık.In 1967, Akın acted in a film adaptation of Peyami Safa's Sözde Kızlar (So-called Girls). Then she appeared in a series of films opposite Cuneyt Arkin such as Seni Seviyorum (I Love You), Silahlı Paşazade (Armed Pasha), Hüzünlü Aşk (Sad Love), Lekeli Melek (Stained Angel) and Affedilmeyen (The Unforgiven).
She married director Türker İnanoğlu and they had a son İlker İnanoğlu who would go on to become a prominent child actor, appearing with Akın in the Yumurcak film series. In 1969, she starred opposite Kartal Tibet in Reyhan and opposite Ayhan Işık in Karlı Dağın Eteği (The Side of the Snowy Mountain). Then Akın played twins in Ağlıyorum (I am Crying) with Ediz Hun. She performed songs on the films 'Cilveli Bir Kız (The Demure Girl), Oyun Bitti (Game Over), Cambazhane Gülü Fadime (Fadime: The Rose of the Circus) ve Oyun Bitti (Game Over). Other prominent films in this period were Aşka Tövbe (Remorse of Love), Acı Hatıralar (Bitter Memories) and Seni Sevmek Kaderim (Doomed to Love You) .
In 1971, she won the Golden Orange for best actress for her performance in Ankara Ekspresi (Train to Ankara) where she starred opposite Ediz Hun. Then she acted in Tatlı Dillim (Sweet Honey) and Memleketim (Homeland) with Tarık Akan and Beyaz Gül (White Rose) with Kartal Tibet
After her divorce from Türker İnanoğlu (who went on to marry Gülşen Bubikoğlu), she married former MİT director and diplomat Sönmez Köksal. After her retirement from acting in 1975, she appeared in television in the TRT series Geçmiş Bahar Mimozaları.

On March 3, 1973, he married socialite Berna Hanım after a highly publicized affair. The couple has two children, a daughter, Bengü (born 1974) and a son, Burak (born 1981). From 1985 onwards, he became a lecturer at Marmara University. He decided to try his hand at politics and became a member of parliament for the Anavatan Partisi (Motherland Party), between the years 1999 and 2002.
