Kaarela (Swedish: Kårböle) is a subdistrict in a Western major district of Helsinki, Finland.
Kaarela is split into four subareas: Kannelmäki (12,505 inhabitants), Maununneva (2,501 inhabitants), Malminkartano (8,538 inhabitants) and Hakuninmaa (2,870 inhabitants) and has a total population of 26,414

Netflix drops tech-bomb on Canadian VPN users

It appears Netflix has dropped a tech-bomb on millions of Canadians who use VPNs to stream its U.S. service — rescuing Mary Ann Turcke’s daughter, and many of the rest of us, from a life of crime. Turcke is the Bell Media president who last year publicly snitched on her 15-year-old daughter for using a virtual private network (VPN) to access U.S. Netflix for movies and TV shows not available on Canadian Netflix....
