It doesn't get much better than coconut with chocolate! Plus, we add walnuts for a yummy crunch and brain-boosting omega-3 fats.
CHOCONUT COOKIES
Serves: 18 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1⁄4 cup coconut palm sugar, plus more to taste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup organic unrefined coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup walnut pieces
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, coconut palm sugar, and salt until well incorporated.
3. Stir in the coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs. Work everything together with your clean hands.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnut pieces.
5. Scoop tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each ball into a fat patty.
6. Bake until the edges are golden brown and the cookies are soft-set, 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Eat these cookies warm out of the oven or chilled right out of the icebox.

Mash Up adalah kombinasi dua kue jadi satu yang mudah dibuat dan menghadirkan suasana baru saat Lebaran.
Kali ini Chef Degan Septoadji akan membagikan Resep Choconut Tart Mash Up dengan Blue Band Cake and Cookie yang penuh rasa dan aroma khas butter.
Choconut Tart merupakan kombinasi Chocolate Tart dan Peanut Cake. Nikmati sensasi manis, gurih, dan renyah dari Choconut Tart bersama keluarga untuk suasana Lebaran yang lebih seru.
Resep untuk 40 pieces
Adonan Isian:
Blue Band Cake & Cookie 245 gr
Gula pasir 200 gr
Telur 4 butir
Tepung terigu75gr
Kacang mede, cincang halus250 gr
Adonan Tart, campurkan hingga kalis:
Blue Band Cake & Cookie 200 gr
Gula halus 100 gr
Tepung terigu 200 gr
Bubuk Cokelat50 gr
Selai kacang 50 gr
Hiasan:
Selai Kacang secukupnya
Selai coklat secukupnya
Chocolate chip secukupnya
Adonan Isian:
1. Kocok Blue Band Cake & Cookiedan gula dengan mixer hingga lembut. Masukkan telur satu per satu, kocok rata.
2. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan kacang mede, aduk hingga rata.
CHOCONUT TART:
1. Siapkan loyang tart kecil, olesi dengan Blue Band Cake & Cookie. Lapisi dengan adonan tart. Lalu isi dengan adonan isi. Ulangi hingga kedua adonan habis.
2. Tata di atas loyang datar. Panggang di dalam oven panas bersuhu 180°C hingga matang selama ±12 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan. Setelah dingin hias sesuai selera lalu sajikan.

Choconut Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania
Choconut Township is a township in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 713 at the 2010 census.
It is named for the native tribe of Choconut, or Ochugnut people, who settled the area prior to European/American settlers.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 20.2 square miles (52 km2), of which, 20.1 square miles (52 km2) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) of it (0.5%) is water.
Demographics
As of the census of 2010, there were 713 people, 313 households, and 207 families residing in the township. The population density was 35.5 people per square mile (13.7/km²). There were 376 housing units at an average density of 18.7/sq mi (7.2/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 98.6% White, 0.4% African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.4% some other race, and 0.4% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.7% of the population.
There were 313 households out of which 19.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.5% were married couples living together, 3.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.9% were non-families. 26.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.27 and the average family size was 2.73.

It doesn't get much better than coconut with chocolate! Plus, we add walnuts for a yummy crunch and brain-boosting omega-3 fats.
CHOCONUT COOKIES
Serves: 18 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1⁄4 cup coconut palm sugar, plus more to taste
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup organic unrefined coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup walnut pieces
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, coconut palm sugar, and salt until well incorporated.
3. Stir in the coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs. Work everything together with your clean hands.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnut pieces.
5. Scoop tablespoons of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each ball into a fat patty.
6. Bake until the edges are golden brown and the cookies are soft-set, 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Eat these cookies warm out of the oven or chilled right out of the icebox.

Kali ini Chef Degan Septoadji akan membagikan Resep Choconut Tart Mash Up dengan Blue Band Cake and Cookie yang penuh rasa dan aroma khas butter.
Choconut Tart merupakan kombinasi Chocolate Tart dan Peanut Cake. Nikmati sensasi manis, gurih, dan renyah dari Choconut Tart bersama keluarga untuk suasana Lebaran yang lebih seru.
Resep untuk 40 pieces
Adonan Isian:
Blue Band Cake & Cookie 245 gr
Gula pasir 200 gr
Telur 4 butir
Tepung terigu75gr
Kacang mede, cincang halus250 gr
Adonan Tart, campurkan hingga kalis:
Blue Band Cake & Cookie 200 gr
Gula halus 100 gr
Tepung terigu 200 gr
Bubuk Cokelat50 gr
Selai kacang 50 gr
Hiasan:
Selai Kacang secukupnya
Selai coklat secukupnya
Chocolate chip secukupnya
Adonan Isian:
1. Kocok Blue Band Cake & Cookiedan gula dengan mixer hingga lembut. Masukkan telur satu per satu, kocok rata.
2. Tambahkan tepung terigu dan kacang mede, aduk hingga rata.
CHOCONUT TART:
1. Siapkan loyang tart kecil, olesi dengan Blue Band Cake & Cookie. Lapisi dengan adonan tart. Lalu isi dengan adonan isi. Ulangi hingga kedua adonan habis.
2. Tata di atas loyang datar. Panggang di dalam oven panas bersuhu 180°C hingga matang selama ±12 menit. Angkat dan dinginkan. Setelah dingin hias sesuai selera lalu sajikan.
